Red Hot Spoilers, Rumors, News & More! Updated 1/10/12!
Hey Guys,
It's that time again so pull up a chair and grab a frothy, highly caloric, bad girl, Caramel Frappucino, and get ready for a little industrial strength lather. The suds are white as snow and seemingly pure, but underneath that pretty bathwater are sharks and unseen grime. Look closely my friends for it is there and it grows stronger.
Soap fans have been dealt blow after blow over the past several months and have had to endure the death of their beloved shows not once, but twice now. It wasn't enough that their hearts were torn out of their chests the first time, but courtesy of the everlasting "Prospect Park Smoke and Mirrors Show", it was done to them a second time. It was cruel, swift, and disgustingly announced the day before Thanksgiving. The actors were told that everything they believed to be true and solid about this deal going forward, no longer existed (many had stopped looking for gainful employment elsewhere). No matter what happens going forward, you cannot take back those tears or those sleepless nights, as they paced the floors with their faith utterly shattered (first by ABC and then by Prospect Park).
I have 5000 fans on my Facebook page alone (many do not have Facebook, and check in here instead) so unfortunately I am not able to accept much more at Facebook right now (although I have done a little pruning and weeding recently to make room for a few more out there). Most of my updates have been done over at Facebook, however I am going to try harder to duplicate those updates out here more often for those of you that do not have Facebook (and because I cannot add many more of you at this point). You can certainly give it a shot, but if you can't get through, please do not take it personally (unfortunately Facebook has a bizarre friend limit of 5000 for some reason even though the more traffic they get, the higher their financial profile becomes, earning them even more revenue, so go figure). I am astounded that this day has even come, and that I am at 5000 fans! Believe me, I feel the love and support, and I am genuinely grateful. You guys have seen me through a great deal of pain. I will never forget how you have lifted me up and helped to carry me through this. It's been a very painful past few months for me.
In that vein, I need to address something rather ugly and cruel, because at some point, it just becomes harder and harder to ignore as I have in the past (I am human after all so you will have to forgive the following rant). I've spent months simply leaving out little hearts and notes of love to all of you, so please indulge me as I let off a little steam here (I think it's healthy and needed sometimes). As most of you know, my oncologist left things very open ended with me. Because I am so young, and have had cancer strike twice with triple negative, untreatable tumors, they are not very optimistic. As I stated on Silas Kain's radio show, there is a small group of people out there (no more than 10 or 12 at best if you ever stop to count them) who go from soap forum to soap forum out there like locusts to spread their filth and hatred towards me. I have taken the higher road for years, stood by, and watched them defame me, attack me, call my character into question, and even call me a liar in regards to the scoops I have given my fans (sick).
The website that encourages this behavior and allows it to continue is one that I gave 8 years of my life to by volunteering and writing all their ABC spoilers for free and on my own time (one of the biggest reasons I had to walk away as the negativity was making me sick). Nothing was ever done about the problem, and again out of the thousands that visit this particular site, there were but a handful that did this. Instead of being shown the door by abusing a staff member in this manner unprovoked day in and day out, they were given lollipops and one day bans instead. As many of you have pointed out over the years, they obviously enjoyed this and wanted it to continue for their own amusement hence the fact that it's allowed to continue to this day. I am told that any posts defending me are deleted immediately with people being asked to stay on topic (and all posts that defame me are left up for days on end, and never questioned by any staff members). The rules that disallow you to attack others seems to apply to everyone but me (thank you for those links and screenshots). It's open season on Ravenbeauty I am told. Disappointing, but not surprising, however hoping to hear that I passed away certainly pushed the envelope for me today (hence the anger and shock in my voice).
I just learned yesterday that one of those known monsters that made my life a living hell at this site (SFViewer) began a thread hoping that I had already passed away. This person knew that I was alive because they had only just posted in a few current threads where some of my fans were passing on a very recent update from me, so they did this knowing full well the answer (and the website in question wonders why I felt the need to resign)! I'm not interested in being a masochist anymore thank you! This nasty and relentlessly cruel individual began this thread yesterday asking if I had passed away (and no, sadly I am not kidding). I was stunned when this and many other things were brought to my attention from this particular website.
The other nut calling herself ForeverInRio, (a known unbalanced woman), went into thread after thread bashing me to death because I warned fans that the shows were being cancelled starting with my December 2010 column. Not only did I out and out state that the shows were over (did not call it a rumor as others did, and scooped it long before it was confirmed anywhere else), but in the archives here at this very site, you can easily see that I warned fans that this was coming in my 2008 and 2009 columns before I even went on hiatus! Nobody wanted to listen and here we are! According to this woman who defames me daily (but wishes me well with my cancer in the same breath) stated repeatedly that I was lying about the shows being cancelled, and she drove this point home again and again until the announcements were finally made (no apologies were ever given by this woman). To this day, I am still inaccurate and I still lie! She says this to every scoop I release and when it comes to fruition, she is suddenly quiet again only to return later with the same insane comments! She did this when I scooped that David Canary was leaving, when I had Cady McClain returning, when I had Rebecca Budig as leaving and countless others that did in fact come to pass. I was a liar each and every time. Apparently, this person is now claiming that I had a scoop at one time stating that Josh was not really Erica's child (talk about lying)! That never came from me! That was never a scoop of mine! She's a nut! Although it certainly feels good to get this out of my system today (and I really needed to), please do me a favor, and do not send me these screen shots and links anymore. I do not need to know what goes on in places like these because positive energy is vital to my psyche and my healing process (this is why so many actors won't even visit message boards because of the lies, ugliness, and incredibly vicious remarks).
Just ignore these rabid Ravenbeauty thread stalkers for they are obviously ill (wishing someone dead, and making up lies about someone while they are fighting very aggressive cancer is not exactly normal behavior). People who spew this kind of hatred towards a complete stranger have something very wrong with them (a short circuit somewhere). There are some very evil people in this world. The more scoops I get over the years, they angrier they become. The more popular I get, the more hateful they become. They are obsessed with me and have been for years. Obviously, I mean far too much to these people for them to spend this much time in trying to tear me down, and to continue to take potshots at me when I am fighting a very difficult battle right now (yes, it's rather sick). Spooky would be putting it mildly.

Now that I got that out of the way, I want to take a moment and thank you. Yesterday I asked my fans to join the SWAN page at Facebook, and to flood certain articles with comments out there to create more buzz and fire for our drive to help Agnes Nixon obtain the rights back to her own shows. Speaking of bad manners, give the woman back the rights to her own creations Disney (aka Prospect Park)! She's not asking for them for free after all! If you refuse to see the potential in these beloved shows, and don't have a genuine desire to really see them through, give them back to the woman who created them! Stop playing games with our hearts and minds! If you think that by creating a onetime pilot in Canada, just so that you can say that you are now allowed to hold onto the rights, makes you hero's, you are sadly mistaken! It will backfire and badly! You had seven long months to do something if you were truly genuine and your timing speaks volumes! Brace yourselves my friends for the spin cycle is about to begin once again (how does it feel to have your chains jerked back and forth by the same company)? I thought so........

Many have asked. Many have been refused. But I landed an exclusive interview with the soap blogger who first broke the news of AMC and OLTL’s cancellation – way before TV Guide’s Michael Logan did. The elusive, private RavenBeauty recently spoke to me about what it was like to be the messenger a lot of fans and some idiot actors wanted to shoot, as well as how she got her start, her sabbatical from the online craziness (she just returned this past winter after a year-and-a-half break). Congratulations for breaking the AMC/OLTL cancellation story -- months ago as rumor, then on March 21st as a confirmation for AMC. How'd this even come about when there are so many soap bloggers and columnists out there in this cutthroat industry trying to claim their fame?
Thank you, Carol. I am honored and grateful to you for that. I think it's refreshing when one of your peers is willing to give you credit for a scoop these days. I wish I could give you a great big hug! You don't see much of that in our industry. When my source first informed me of the dire situation that AMC and OLTL were in, it was January 18, 2011 (I remember it well). I began first warning fans about the cancellations in my January 20, 2011 column (still archived at my site). I prefaced it by telling them that this was not one of those annual garden-variety cancellation rumors. That we had a real fire this time. I actually confirmed that AMC was out in my March 21, 2011 column. I did not refer to it as a rumor. I was trying to give fans a heads-up, because it was a done deal. I was told that OLTL was on the chopping block as well, but that they had a little more time (I had no idea that more time would translate to a four-month advantage only)!
How did it make you feel when almost all of those same soap bloggers and columnists ignored your warnings, then eventually gave full credit to TV Guide's Michael Logan?
In all honestly, I wasn't surprised. I've grown accustomed to it over the years. I was genuinely touched when I visited my Facebook page on the day the cancellations broke only to find hundreds upon hundreds of posts from fans thanking me for giving them the truth. Fans congratulating me for yet another scoop on the heels of my Roger Howarth scoop. When I learned that Soaptown and Soapzone were also giving me credit, I was overwhelmed to be honest. That more than made up for the rest of it. To be perfectly honest, I adore Michael Logan and find him to be a very genuine and honorable man. I was actually grateful when he came out and confirmed what I have been warning fans about for nearly three months. Until Michael Logan wrote that article, I was on my own island taking all of the heat by myself. Everyone else backed down and began calling it a rumor. They believed ABC's spin, and it was killing me because I knew better. I was told that I was a horrible person for scaring people this way. I was called a liar, and it really hurt my feelings at the time. I was merely trying to warn fans so that they would not be blindsided. They were so happy and excited as they read tweet after tweet telling them that everything was fine, but it broke my heart because I knew they were about to get their hearts broken. I felt helpless. I was getting it from both ends.
What did you think of AMC actors Bobbie Eakes (Krystal), Ricky Paull Goldin (Jake), and even Susan Lucci (Erica) turning these cancellation rumors into denials, excuses, and reasons to basically shoot the messenger(s)--right up till the very end?
I felt badly for Susan Lucci because this put her in a terribly awkward position. ABC was furious that this was leaked early. I was told that Ricky Paull Goldin called this a vicious rumor. The only thing vicious about it was ABC's response in calling together a meeting with the cast and crew to assure them that the shows were not being canceled (they out and out lied to these people). Now that was truly vicious and beneath contempt. Allowing the cast and crew to give up their homes and lives in New York when they knew the show was going to be canceled in a year is vicious indeed. It's unimaginable that a company like Disney could do such a thing to the people who trusted them.
Have you listened to Daytime Confidential's April 19th podcast with Logan, yet? In it, he pretty much confirms that ABC Daytime president Brian Frons lied to everyone about waiting until the week before the April 14th announcement to cancel both AMC and OLTL and that Frons and Co. were planning on this over a year ago. How does he get away with this? Any idea, theories, inside scoop?
It was done because they are soulless. Instead of telling the cast and crew of AMC the truth, so that they could better prepare themselves and opt out of giving up their homes and lives in New York, they just sat back, watched and waited. They knew all along what they were going to do. All of these wonderfully gifted performers will now have to face an industry with nothing but reality shows. They will fight over scraps because that is all that is left these days thanks to networks like ABC who are so willing to sell their soul for a buck. Anyone with a connected brain cell knows that people are no longer home watching these shows live anymore. They tape them and watch them in the evening. The Nielsen system should have been tossed years ago! It's grossly inaccurate. ABC was not losing money here. This is all about greed.
You've been breaking soap news and gossip before the rest of the pack for years and years, including the Roger Howarth (returns) score. You've also earned yourself some rare integrity as a columnist fans can assuredly go to for straight talk and gossip that almost always comes to pass. How do you account for such a sterling reputation? More to the point, how in the world did you score such accurate inside sources?
I began like everybody else. I am first and foremost a fan. Nobody is born with sources. You have to earn them. I began gathering spoilers from my favorite haunts back in the day and compiling them in one place to make things easier for fans. I began throwing in my own commentary, and soon I began to get quite a few readers out there. One day, I received an e-mail from someone, who said that they admired my style and wanted to give me a few tips. I wasn't sure if they were joking or not, but I thanked them and sure enough, their scoops were right on the money (they were AMC scoops). I was mainly known for my AMC scoops for many years. I then began getting more e-mails from another source as well. I was taken aback at this point. They told me that they liked my spunk and honesty and began giving me AMC and OLTL scoops. About a year before I left [for a sabbatical], I was lucky enough to hear from a GH source who told me that they had been giving another person scoops for a long time, but didn't like their attitude anymore (I never did find out who it was). They said that they had been watching me for a while and liked what they saw. Armed with all of these sources, I finally had my own scoops to share. It was very exciting for me.
I've heard that SoapNet will remove any mention of you on their boards. It's almost like they and other mainstream soap media outlets are afraid of you. What's going on?
Actually, I was informed that the very mention of my name creates wars and chaos out there. I am guessing that it can get a bit exhausting for the moderators in those places. I made a promise to myself that I refuse to break. I told myself that if I came back to all of this, I would never visit another message board ever again (I have kept that promise). In fact, this is why I discontinued the copy-and-paste portion of my column. I decided to shelter myself from the insanity and negativity that drove me away before, and keep only to my spoiler site, MySpace, and Facebook. That kind of intense negativity out there is pure toxin. It's poison and nothing good can ever come from it. I choose to let the sunshine in, and keep the darkness at bay. I am much happier these days by doing this. I have a great support system out there, and they make it all worthwhile for me.
What's your view about the social jockeying for position and showboating going on in the online soap community, what with so many SoapZone.com/PCOspin-offs?
I see many new guys out there. When I came back after my year-and-a-half absence, I saw many names I didn't even recognize. I guess soap fans decided to take advantage of the online potential and began creating their own sites. It's sad to think that they may all be ending now. What ABC has done will most assuredly create a disastrous Domino effect.
How'd you get your start as RavenBeauty SoapDiva? What made you want to become a soap columnist in the first place?
My mother was a stunning woman who had a large heart. People would always remark on how beautiful she was (and of course, on the resemblance to Susan Lucci, which many Facebook friends of mine have taken note of). She was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She was my best friend. She had breast cancer very young, but she fought the good fight and managed to live on for years afterwards. One day she became very tired and felt that she could hardly walk. She became worse as the days progressed. Her bones ached and throbbed and she was experiencing horrific night sweats. By the time they did blood work and a bone marrow aspiration, they found that she had three weeks to live (80 percent blasts in her marrow). She died of Acute Myelogenous Leukemia M7 (worse grade). I think a piece of me went into that coffin with her. It didn’t make sense. She looked so beautiful and alive, but inside she was dying and we had no idea.
Three and a half months later, after I watched her being placed in the ground, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I couldn't believe it. I had been crying for hours every day for months over losing my mom. This just seemed surreal. I remember saying that I cannot deal with this now, so I will ignore it until I can (the lump). I knew in my heart what it was. My best friend marched me into my doctor’s office on a lunch hour, and later it was confirmed to be stage 2, grade 3 Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma. You are not supposed to be dealing with things like this in your late 20s. This should be the furthest thing from your mind at that age (I was my mother's daughter in every way). It rattled my doctors as well (that I should get this so young). I refused chemo, but underwent weeks and weeks of radiation and two lumpectomies.
I felt like I was sleepwalking through it all. I didn't feel like going out and having fun as I used to. I was exhausted and heartbroken. I was still grieving my mother and dealing with this too. I needed a distraction. I had won awards in school for my writing, and had a few of my poems featured in various places at one time. I decided to take all of this pain and channel it into something that would keep me distracted from the obvious. It worked for a long time. It turned out to be very rewarding for me, and just what I needed.
Ironically, it was tragedy once again that led to my return. I just came out of a three-and-half-year relationship with an actor who shall remain nameless (not a daytime actor). We ended up meeting as a fluke. I never knew I could love anyone like I loved him. He used to say that we would spend the rest of our lives together. That he had never felt like this in his life for anyone. He ended up tearing my heart out of my chest. I never even considered a life without him. It was as if he took over my whole world when he entered my life. When it ended, all I could do was curl up in bed and cry. I did that for days and weeks and even months (lost weight that I didn't have to lose) and finally found myself searching for that light again. That light was this column (my Tara). Time is the greatest healer there is.
What have been the highs and lows of being RavenBeauty in the past few years up to now? I mean, what keeps you going when you're maybe not always in the mood to keep writing updates?
My readers keep me going. They never gave up on me (even when I gave up on myself). The negativity had just taken its toll one day, and I had to walk away. You can give fans 50 scoops that come to pass, but it will always be the five that didn't happen that they will become fixated on (it cancels out the 50 beforehand like magic). It just got to be too crazy for me. I also found that every scoop that I passed on would end up being credited elsewhere and eventually, I just felt that it was pointless to carry on (my sources were even angrier as they knew they had given me the scoops in question). If you are no longer enjoying what you are doing, and find yourself in a toxic environment, you need to be strong enough to get yourself out of there. I turned in my resignation at SoapCentral, and stopped writing my column. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.
Have you ever run into backstage gossip that horrified you and you couldn't use? Whenever I've heard really bad things about the actors, for example, I've almost wanted to quit right there. It's like I don't even want to know these things and then continue watching my soaps after they've been contaminated because I now know that this actress is a bitch to her fans, or that actor couldn't be bothered to show up on-set wearing underwear for a love scene.
I have heard plenty over the years. I could write a real sizzler if I wanted to, but I gave my word and your word has to mean something in this world. Some very surprising people have contacted me over the years. I've had actors contact me just to tell me that they love my column and to keep up the good work. The first time that happened, I felt like I was walking on air. I really had no idea. I became close with some, and others I lost touch with over the years. I have had many impart some very juicy stuff; however, I would never tell anyone what they said to me in confidence. Some things that I was told over the years have affected me to some degree, but I try to put that aside and just focus on the scoops.
I know that you do not visit a great many soap sites, you do not go on Twitter, and you avoid the message boards; you pretty much keep to yourself. First of all, what is the secret of your success in doing this?? The name of the game in the blogosphere is to get around to as many sites as possible, spread your name around. You seem to be able to generate buzz without even trying.
I actually try to avoid growing any larger out there for a reason. As those closest to me know, I have been dealing with a stalker for many years. He was an old boyfriend that just became incredibly violent when I tried to leave him. We grew apart and he began drinking. I didn't want this in my life. It's a nightmare I live with every day. I have to do things very carefully. I had to move to another state because he found me. I haven't voted in years, and nothing is under my name. I know that if he ever finds me, I will probably be killed because he is not your average stalker (he has promised to kill me if he should ever find me). I've had to involve three police departments over this. It's why using my pen name is just fine with me. I do not want to divulge much more for a reason. I hate that he has this kind of control over my life, but I have to be extremely careful with good reason. A soap column or fame over a soap column is not worth my life (I do not want to inadvertently give him the crumb he has been waiting for to find me again).
Second, how did you find out about me then? Here's where you devote some time to loving on me. ;)
Years back when I had the courage to visit soap sites, I first learned of you and Soapzone. I was very impressed with your dishy style and felt an immediate kinship with you. I loved the articles, and loved that you were always very raw and honest with your readers. I was also grateful to you over the years for always giving me credit for the scoops I passed on from my sources. You were like a lighthouse in a never-ending storm for me in that regard. I will never forget the day that one of my dearest friends (a news anchor in Canada) contacted me to tell me that Amanda from Soaps Up mentioned me on the air and gave me credit for the "Todd lives through his execution scoop"! I was so happy that someone else was decent enough to do this without any unnecessary pettiness and jealousy. I really feel that if anything, we all need to band together as one and try to fight the common enemy here.
What, in your learned opinion, is the solution to dealing with these soap cancellations? There is a lot of talk of petitions, campaigns, protests, boycotts, and pressure for advertising pull-outs to save AMC and OLTL from the fire, as well as making sure GH doesn't get canned next. Will any of this work or should we just let go?
I began a huge campaign on the day the cancellations were finally announced, and we are growing stronger ever day. I have over 2,000 friends on Facebook alone and they are putting their hearts and souls into this fight (and spreading the word everywhere). I get almost 5,000 hits per day on my spoiler site alone. We have been contacting the sponsors, ABC, and Disney directly. We were elated when Hoover announced that they were pulling ads from ABC. It was nice to see such a large company stand behind values rather than the almighty dollar. This is not just about canceling a television show. It's about canceling a way of life. A tradition that has been handed down over the generations for a reason. These stories are deeply woven into the fabric of this country. This is about good storytelling and so much more. If ABC believes that all we want to see is a web cam shoved in someone's face for entertainment, they are sadly mistaken. We want good old-fashioned television with beautifully crafted stories that are a distraction from the everyday stress of life. Sure, it costs a bit more, because it's a gem instead of a bunch of cheap costume jewelry. We need to fight until the bitter end. When we finally do walk away, we don't want there to be any what-ifs left out there. We will know that we did all that we could. That is all we can do. I think it's very important that we continue to watch all three ABC soaps until the end. When they are gone, many fans will be gone with them (myself included). Time to find another network to watch.
I need a scoop. Current rumors out there have GH gone by September 2012. What's the deal?
General Hospital's fate is already sealed. The plan was to get rid of all three from the get-go. Hear tell they are merely waiting for the right replacement for GH. It’s done.....

One of the actors from the upcoming "A Tale of Two Todds” will be gone sooner than later. Once the story wraps, he will be written out. The show will close with the real Todd.

I know this goes without saying for most of you, but there are many new readers out there as well. So far, my sources have been pretty darn good over the years, and I am truly grateful. It would be pointless to have a gossip column without gossip, so you will find both fact and unsubstantiated rumors within these walls. Also, please note that actors are contractually bound by gag orders. They are not allowed to reveal whether they are leaving or not, until the network gives them the green light to do so. Insisting that actors speak to rumors that involve their relationship with their respective shows, places them in a very awkward position. Please keep all of this in mind as you read my column (which will come out every other week). In addition, I can be wrong, and freely admit this. When my sources give me what they have, it's what they are hearing backstage at that moment in time. They are the first to admit that stories can be scrapped or rewritten, with casting decisions changing frequently. I respect their limitations, and so should you. Most of what I hear are very early rumblings, but I will keep nothing from you either way.
I told you that major villains were on their way back for the finale at OLTL, and they arrived in style. That shocking secret has indeed been finally revealed and it all ends this coming Friday. This past week has been a tearful one for us all. I have been watching since I was a child. OLTL was the show I never missed. It was the way that so many of us unplugged after a long hard day. ABC stopped advertising soaps completely (Gee, I wonder why we didn't have a lot of new viewers), they did everything they could to sabotage their line up, they hired a bunch of pointless newbie’s which cost them next to nothing and traded in their precious jewels for a bunch of cheap costume jewelry instead. They hired the perfect henchman who has no class, no soul, no morals, no ethics, and a chunk of ice where his heart should be. They have shown themselves for what they truly are and their image has been tainted forever. Sorry ABC, but Katie is simply not going to be enough. You have lost more than you know already.
It's over for now (on ABC that is). I have told you time and time again that I would always be painfully honest with you (I can't always be right, but I will be honest). I would never promise you a thing (you can't in this business). I would never tell you that the shows will definitely be saved. What I will tell you once again is that there is indeed a war being waged behind the scenes, which is being played very close to the vest right now (if someone tells you otherwise, they obviously have rather weak sources). If this war is won by the right party, you may have reason to smile. Please do not give up the fight. The loss is simply too great. Keep fighting because these shows are worth fighting for. They want us to quiet down and trot off with our tails between our legs, and that's simply not an option. We have to keep the buzz going and let those cable companies (who were in fact quite interested), know that we are still out here fighting, and we still want to see these shows survive! They need to know that they still have a very vocal audience and not one that went whimpering into the night. Please keep the momentum going......
Coupon Campaign
Readers of mine already know that three former OLTL stars are on their way to GH as we speak. Please note that GH is not being flooded by former OLTL stars (there will be but a few at best). I'm glad to see them employed and being able to continue to keep working until the axe falls in July. If you look back over my columns, you will see that I had GH wrapping in July to be off by September. The only hope we have at this juncture is if ABC came to their senses realizing that they need GH as a stronger lead in for Katie (but we all know just how smart ABC is). Frank and Ron will end our beloved show in style.
Speaking of style, look for a big change coming to the look and feel of GH. GH is going back in time to its illustrious roots. Newbie’s are being cut to make room for old favorites. If you thought AMC surprised you with all of its magical returns, just wait until you see what GH has planned! Many smiles for long time GH viewers! Many of the storyboards have been cut to bring you a fresher and faster pace. I told you months ago that you had not seen the last of Alcazar. Who he's connected to may shock many fans out there.
Kristen Storms returns as Maxie and another return will leave tongues wagging. This person is still alive and ready to take their revenge. Look for a reunion that will split two fan bases down the middle (one of the actors involved is not thrilled with this one even remotely). One major long time actress may be shown the door for storyline reasons. Wrapping things up is not an easy job. Cutting down on a great deal to keep the core only (with guests coming left and right). Kimberly seems to want to really go, I'm sorry. There may have been a change for all I know, but the person who allowed me to give you a major heads up on her exit months ago is stating that she seems ready to move on with her plans (grabbing a lifeboat as it were). I hope she has a change of heart, as the show won't feel the same without her. Hear that Kimberly! Please change your mind and stick it out! The fans adore you! XOXO!
Helena returns to her roots and more Cassadines are revealed. One major male star just saw his crazy story scrapped just in time (you can thank Frank and Ron for that one)!

Look for the announcement on that major leading actress to cause rioting in the streets. When it begins, I will sooooo be on vacation!
Look for a twist in Sam's pregnancy storyline (don't worry, it's a short term thing).

Raven, this soap crap means nothing especially with what you are going through. Frankly, I Have moved on from AMC and I read this column because of my concern for your health and hopes that you would pass along some good news on that front. We are all praying for you and anyone who is human should be doing the same.
On that note, I can tell you from experience that FIR (as she is known) has delusions about being in some private loop, knowing storylines , and trying to organize people to get an actor fired because she didn't like him paired wtih her precious Erica. It's a sick bunch of people out there and you shouldn't waste a moment of your time even thinking about them. Just concentrate on your health and doing things that make you happy. The rest of the board posting loons will get theirs someday. Maybe they will find out how precious REAL LIFE is and that soap garbage means nothing important. As for Ms. Nixon, it's time for her to move on as well. Go play with her grandchildren and enjoy the rest of her life. AMC is dead and it's time to bury it forever.

I remember how last January you were the one who told us first that ABC was deciding to either merge AMC and OLTL into one show, or just cancel them both all together.

Rasvenbeauty: I have not written to you until now, but have followed you judiciously for over 2 years - which I know is not a long time, all things considered, but has enriched my life in so many ways. I, too, am a cancer survivor, having lost my bladder to stage III/IV in 2005 and which changed my life dramatically. I cannot fathom what you are going thru at such a young age, since I am approaching 71 the 24th of this month. But the feelings are still as fresh in 0/12 as they were in 05.
Your columns, your empathy, your dedication to the values
of every soap opera devotee is beyond any word in the English lanuage to define. What you give all your fans is the truth, the facts, the "it's gonna happen" without all the maybe's, perhaps, who knows of others on any page on the internet.
I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU and send love to you and hope your chin is as high as you can raise it - cuz you deserve all the accolades which no one else can claim, or ever will be able to achieve in this lifetime.
To you - to all of us who are cancer survivors, or battling for our lives - we only have "One Life To Live", and we are "All My Children."

Now, Kassie, Roger and Kristen are going to General Hospital and They will be Todd, Blair and Starr Manning on General Hospital. Michael will be John McBain on General Hospital. My Personal Opinion is that I think Erika Slezak should go to The Young And The Restless. She is Sooo Sophisticated and I can Picture her with Katherine Chancellor or Nikki. I just don't think Erika Fits on General Hopital. The Only Person I can see her Playing is Lila Quartermaine and Lila Died. I mean the Character as well as The Actress that Played Her. RavenBeauty, I think if you had Gotten the Chemo, then You wouldn't have Such A Severe Case of Cancer. Raven, I don't know if you could e-mail me, but I am hoping that one of the two major OLTL stars on their way to GH is Melissa Archer to bring Natalie to Port Charles. I don't want John arriving in Port Charles saying he and Natalie are no longer together, and are just friends and raising Liam together. If the character of Natalie can't be brought on GH then I would like John and Natalie to have a long distance relationship, with him going on the weekends back to Llanview to be with Natalie and Liam, spending a lot of time during the week in the evenings on the phone with Natalie. Or even have her move to Port charles without her being seen, but mentioned. I don't want John McBain with any other woman but Natalie. If you can't e-mail me could you give me your e-mail. I know you preferred OLTL as your favorite show. Some of us preferred All My Kids. I've lost count of how many OLTLivers are going to GH, not a single actor from AMC is worthy? I'd love to know your take on this imbalance.

Shortly before Thanksgiving, my anti-virus software (it is the brand that is carried in-house by a major retailer)started telling me that SOC boards were a known source of malware and advised me to not continue to the site. I did not that day, but I checked later. Apparently Karma bit them on the backside.
I could never be your friend on FB because I have to keep my account squeeky clean for my job. (eg. Soaps have the potential to promote immorality.) The HR department checks for such things on slow days! I really appreciate your taking the time to double-post the important things here.
I see two sides to moving Llanview characters to Port Charles: One is making the best of a bad situation. The other is exploiting the homeless. The part of me that makes entertainment choices is aligned with #2. I think I will have to go with—of all characters—James Ford on this one and say that I need a clean break.

This is from the man (SFViewer) who asked if I had died yet at a certain website (when he knew full I had not). He was only asking because he was worried! He cares about me and was merely concerned as the site owner now states (unreal). It was innocent. I think this comment alone demonstrates that nothing could be further from the truth! These games have been allowed to go on for years.....
He was absolutely dancing on my grave and everyone that knows this man and saw his so called "innocent" question, knew exactly what was going on. Disgusting that the site owner still makes excuses for this man....
If he had an ounce of class, he would have admitted that he saw the post in question, was well aware of the history, was horrified by it as well, and that the post and the poster had been removed from his site (instead he defended this monster yet again). A very old game.
This is just one of many screenshots showing how hateful this man is. He once began a thread asking if I was ever accurate. When people asked him what his problem was, he feigned innocence and said that it was just an innocent question. Then in another passive/aggressive move, this man accused me of working for ABC (and yet I am unreliable and don't know anything) and when asked once again what his problem was with me, he stated that it was just an innocent question. This behavior has been condoned for years, and if anyone has been maligned and defamed over the years, it's me (witnessed by thousands)! Will the real victim please stand up!
I'm done. Time to move on now, and focus on healing which is essential for my recovery. Thank you for all the love and support out there. It certainly opened up some very old and painful wounds for me, but I am dusting myself off, and focusing on what is most important. I love you guys very much.....XOXO!

Could you image how many times over the years people like Bob Woods, Hilary B. Smith and yes, even Andrea Evans have been defamed and crucified for their character's sake? People who would post and even send so called "fan-mail" just to get their message across to them that they hate them because they simply dislike the character's they play?
There are some criticisms you just cannot respond to because they are so foolish and arrogant, a proper sentence cannot be conjured up to combine even the most illustrious words in the English vocabulary to reply to their ignorant statements. And also because you can't waste time trying to explain to people what has been done in your life for you to get where you are today, and have the connections you do.
There are some enemies you shouldn't even bother to resolve conflict with....let them go ahead and have a problem with you, you don't have time to have a problem with them, you have to preserve the time, maximize the moment and move into your destiny Raven.
It's been going on for years...there's no doubt about it.
You've contact the owner and told them about the matter...there's no doubt about it.
He/She blatantly ignored and overlooked the situation...there's no doubt about it.
The owner made excuses, knowingly aware of the history of these posts...there's no about it.
But what you do here, for all your fans and friends, who's ratio is greater than that of your haters, has led you to a point in your life where got to literally have an intelligent one-to-one on your terms conversation with your idol of over 20 years, Andrea Evans. Deciding to opt-out now, you are letting all of us...you're friends and e-Family who are praying for and defending you down, sad to say. I'll support you whatever you do, but never let another person(s) use words to cause to reach to a point where you decide to in a way 'give up' your blessing, which has indeed reward you more than you probably know.

Aww, my dear Raven. The young people have a little saying that goes something like this, the haters will always hate. I see people like your tormentors as an advanced type of troll. They stay barely within the boundaries of the sites they prowl while causing untold havoc in the lives of the innocent posters who get dragged into their 'games'. It takes a savvy poster to see through them and know what they are doing and the old rule, don't feed the troll, doesn't seem to work as they gather a bit of a following of their own that is more than happy to feed into their negativity. Reality is, there is also little we can do to stop them as defending the victim, the show, the character, the actor, or ourselves, simple makes the hating more extreme (you and I have both seen this first hand). Sadly they also seem to be a permanent fixture on many sites these days and the result is many true fans are abandoning these message boards to stay away from the misery. Of course this makes the sites more and more negative creating a rather viscous cycle. My advise is... surround yourself with warm, loving people and cut the bad away. You don't need it at this point in your life and the old saying, you know who your true friends are when the going gets tough, applies. Those who can't or won't stand up, you don't need and those who do rise will be the ones holding you up when your own legs get a little wobbly.
BTW I am happy to see you back on your feet. I hope it last for a long, long time.

So glad to hear that story will be wrapped! Disappointed to hear mixed reactions from GH fans.
As a fan of both OLTL and GH, I don't see the brouhaha expressed by GH fans. TPTB denigrated and ran off actors long before Valentini and Carlivati showed up. I don't see this small influx of OLTL characters upsetting the GH balance as that balance was thrown off years ago. I can count on my hands and feet the housecleaning that can go on that would still leave GH intact.
I have trust in the "new regime" to bring back a semblence of dignity to this show. I guess I'll start tuning back in to GH and watch the tranformation unfold.

Raven so happy about Trevor & as a fan of all ABC soaps am so happy there will be some crossover characters. I will never give up on OLTL being resurrected & am hoping that the mouse realizes the error of their ways & keeps GH going strong. There are plenty of newbies on GH that have no business being there. Veteran OLTL cast crossing over are a welcome relief. Starr & Spinelli would be fantastic together! Leaving Llanview,PA & going up the road to Port Charles,NY isn't that far & makes a lot of sense. Dr. David Hayward should also be making the move to new Chief Of Staff at GH - especially if he has anything to do with keeping Dr. Alan Quartermaine alive these last 5 years!
Raven can you please post all of the addresses, phone numbers & email addresses for everyone who are now at GH. I got a kickback on Ron's address & would really like to reach him. I have watched GH since the early 70's, and I think the move of One Life to Live actors to GH is great. In fact, I do not see the point to some of the new characters on the show, such as the blond pediatrician or the female character living at Wyndemere..the one who looks like she could be Laura's daughter. If they want to save the show, I totally agree that Alan should be brought back alive and well.

As a longtime GH fan who never watched OLTL, I an disappointed by the influx of OLTL actors onto my show. I do not know them or their histories so they are as much a newbie character as any other to me. When AMC wrapped up, all their characters did not invade OLTL. Instead, OL was able to have their final (or so we thought) stories written for their fans. Now that what seems like 1/2 the OLTL cast is joining GH, we are not given the same finale. While I understand the business aspect of trying to draw viewers to GH and utilize the other show's fanbases, I do not care at all about the Mannings, et al. If GH is in it's final days, as is suspected, this loyal and longtime viewer would wish to see GH historical stories written with GH actors/characters I recognize instead of 8 or so major actors from another show taking storytime. They may in fact be wonderful stories, but I do not have the desire to watch these people.
Raven, I would like to thank you for your honest approach and information. I am not always happy reading what you say, but I do appreciate the info. I wish you much love & laughter as you continue your battle, and I send prayers for strength to you.

As a lifelong GH fan, I feel as if I have lost my soap. I don't get to even say goodbye like the AMC and OLTL fans did. My soap is being infested by characters I don't care for. I had the chance to watch OLTL and didn't because none of those people connected with me. The GH cast did. Now, they are being shunted aside and my soap is gone...in less than a couple of weeks.
RC/FV aren't interested in writing GH. They are even faking an attempt. They are continuing OLTL at GH's expense. Why didn't they have the ball to say so. Change the name from GH to whatever else they want - cause it won't be GH.

I can understand how you feel about the "infestation" -- but for me that infestation started more than a decade ago.
See, for me, GH is gone, and it has been for a long time. Guza and company went out of their way to eradicate everything that GH was to tens of millions of fans -- a show about family, friendship, romance and adventure. There were tragedies. There were triumphs. And lots and lots of fun.
So I'm thrilled that there's a chance we may get GH back! I'm overjoyed that we get to see Robert and Anna again. And I'm waiting in hope for what RC has planned for the OLTL characters. And even if it only lasts a few more months, I'm excited to be going on one last adventure with GH.

I couldn't agree with you more. As a life long fan of all the ABC soaps, Mob Hospital might have brought in some newer fans initially, but a continued emphasis only proved to alienate those of us who didn't want to see the Sopranos in daytime. If merging OLTL with GH will save one of these former giants, then I'mm all for it and will be following the OLTL stars to GH in the hope that others will follow. With all the dead weight on GH these days, there is more than enough room for them and yes, even David Hayward, should they decide to go that way. It would be fabulous to see all three of them soaps turned into one. They have the opportunity to sellect only the cream, I say let them go for it.

As a long time fan of OLTL..I am very happy to see this crossover....my only problem is this...I haven't watched GH in years.. now I have to try and figure out who is who. I remember watching GH when it was Hardys and Webbers. (but, I was a kid, mind you :) ) I just never got into the "mob" thing. I respect the GHers but I hope they give the "new blood" a chance. Hopefully, it will be a GOOD change!!

Wow Trevor going to GH too??? I cant say I am happy with this news. And before everyone gets crazy ...let me explain why:
I liked how Trevor played Todd and when he was playing Todd- in my eyes the role was HIS. But the return of RH made me see how dark TSJ played Todd. RH plays the role a bit more sarcastic and a little lighter with a tiny hint of comdey.
So with that said I cant imagine TSJ's Victor joing the already dark cast of male characters. Sonny, Luke, Jason and now Todd AND Victor- those are some dark twisted leading men. I had hoped that with some of these crossovers FV and RC would try to add some light to GH (as I feel its a dark show- both in storytelling/characters and filming-compared to AMC and OLTL). In my opinion the shows needs some more lite hearted characters like Roxy, not another dark leading man.
Who is the other one crossover you hinted at??? I guess Natalie or Tea. Love both ladies -so Id be happy with eiether. Although I would LOVE to hear its both!!!

I stopped because today's version is just too mobcentric for me. I think the OLTL folks can bring much needed lightness and humor to GH...for however long it survives. I think the move of the talented, interesting, and fun characters, Valentini, and Carlavati to GH is great! I have watched all of the shows for a long time and for the past two years or so,the content of AMC and GH has been wavering in the wind. A lot of it having to do with poor writing, but also a lot having to do with not learning how to let used up characters go and focus on others. I will admit that I am not even missing AMC. And due to all of the complaints about the violence or whatever, GH has been falling off for a while too, minus a couple of good storylines. I agree with another post; many of the GH characters serve no purpose and seemed to be thrown in there to give a lot of other wasted talent/ characters some type of boost, but sadly it is not working. By adding some more talented and intriguing characters, regardless of where they come from, GH hopefully will get better. People should not be complaining about the OLTL characters when there are a multitude of useless characters on GH. Also, GH has been boring anyway and the same old plots keep getting recycled (i.e. another unknown Laura child, Michael rambling on, Sonny as the troubled mobster). We as fans have to learn how to accept change, because it is the same old focusing on the same old characters and pairings that are bringing the soaps down and causing me to grab my DVR remote every time certain people pop up on my screen. Loosen up people! Embrace the change! I can't wait to see how everyone interacts on GH! And if this somehow helps with our battle to keep soaps on, I am sure you complainers will be just as happy as the non-complainers.

You are just like the rest of us that have loved Raven for years. I congratulate you for having the guts to come and say it using your real name. The slime-pit of a forum that houses all the haters is actually one that she (Raven) built into a successful site. You see, back in the day, it was fun, informative and intelligent. The only reason it took off the way it did was because of her scoops. Those scoops facilitated thoughtful discussion and we had self imposed rules of debate. The forum at that time was filled with long-term soap viewers that truly loved the genre.
You sound as though you know the truth: Once tptb decided no couple could be happy, no family intact, no occupations could be focused on, no well written mystery could unfold, no complex human emotion could be explored, soap quality went down hill very quickly.
The sad part is, every single mealy-mouthed, inarticulate hater criticized any shred of exceptional acting and character development.

I am so sorry to hear about your medical issues and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. We are both OLTL Fans who have been cheering on the opposite teams of a lot of the storylines, but I have never thought you loved the genre any less than I do.
I have read your scoops and rumors through the years and have appreciated all the hard work and dedication you put into bringing all the information you could rather than having people hunt all over the Internet for it.
I have never understood the way people want to "shoot the messenger" when they don't like something. And I strongly suspect that a lot of the Raven Wars were orchestrated as a distraction to keep us all too busy focusing on everything but what was actually going on if more people had only taken everything with a grain of salt and used their critical thinking skills.

I apologize as I have been trying to make an effort in getting these updates to my non-Facebook users out here as often as possible (I have missed a few). My Facebook is insane (I am at 4995 fans with 323 new requests now sitting in my queue that I cannot approve unless I unfriend 323 people)! I will never understand the need for this Facebook limit (and I do not want a fan page)! Once you have a fan page, you are no longer friends with anyone, and can no longer see their profiles. It's a very cold and disconnected way of keeping in touch.
In any event, I have had a few updates from Thursday that I did not update you with yet (although I see that they have made their way across the internet once again uncredited). Ah....some things just never change (sigh). Oh well, I think 5000 witnesses is enough.

Two more major OLTL stars on their way to GH! More than just an influx now (I'm dancing in the street)! Ok, so I am really dancing around my room instead, but who cares! I can't give you names (told mums the word until the announcement is ready to be made)! As sad as I am over the loss of my favorite show (sad would be an understatement), at least I get to see the people I love the most live on after tomorrow. I'll take what I can get right now. This may not be announced right away, but I'm told it's pretty much a done deal (Huge Faves)! Yay! ♥♥♥
DOOL may be getting one of my absolute favorite actresses ever! Very new development! Early stage talks! Hopefully I can spill a little more on this when I am given the green light to do so. She has a huge fan base (and I adore her)! This was a surprise twist actually....very. Stay tuned (this would be a long term contract).....

Hey Gang, I'm hoping to catch up to my wall here later this evening, but I wanted to give you an update. There is a lot of going back and forth right now behind the scenes. Some of the crossovers will be permanent and others will be visits, however a great deal of testing is going on right now as I originally stated. This is a VERY fluid business as most of you are well aware of, and things can change at the drop of a hat. All you need is a pot of coffee behind closed doors and everything as we know it today could absolutely change tomorrow (I think most people with a connected brain cell understand this all too well). The Revolution needs to fail BADLY. You can't secretly be tuning in just to see what it's all about. This show has to tank faster than the Titanic and in epic proportions. The Chew is not tanking quite as badly as we had hoped, which is mind boggling and a little creepy (this is what we have become, Jerry Springer, Nintendo, we don't need no stinking scripted television anymore society, because that would mean we would have to be smarter to enjoy it). Boycott the Revolution and do not tune in even out of curiosity! You are hurting us if you do so. I ask you to please start tuning into General Hospital like you have never done before. Now is the time. If you are an AMC or OLTL fan and did not watch General Hospital in the past, if you truly see the BIGGER picture and care about this dying genre, you will tune in tomorrow. It's not complicated. If you want a product to succeed, you buy it. If you don't want to see it succeed, you don't buy it.
Will this give us a chance, no way am I going to promise you that, however as heartbroken as all of us are, it's time to cover our bets or we lose any remote chance that we might have had (and you know what I have been telling you since April 2011). Nothing in this world is totally impossible. I intend to demonstrate this by surviving this bout of breast cancer and proving that doctors are not always correct. The human spirit is a powerful thing. No matter what happens in the end, we can't leave any "what if's" behind. We have to know that we did everything we could (no regrets). Tune in and give GH your support now! Katie needs a strong lead in, and that strong lead in needs to be the General Hospital whether you like the mob, hate the mob, love a certain couple, hate a certain couple.....it's bigger than all off that! We are fighting for something much larger right now! Please give them your support (even if one of the new regime is a total jerk). Thanks for hearing me out guys. They are looking forward to seeing the One Life to Live actors on General Hospital. I am hoping there is a loop hole for Agnes Nixon to get her shows back or change legal teams.

Oh boy, this is a hot one. How do I do this. Let's just say that a recast may be in the works for a volatile young Corrinthos (here is a description for the role): "Erik" wants to work for the mob. He's young, angry, and reckless. It's all a cover for the pain he carries inside from the time he broke down. From what was done to him. He won't be a victim ever again. He has something huge to prove, and not just to Jason, but to himself as well. Oh what webs we weave as they say.....................
Of course I could be wrong and it's really a recast of the Stay Puft Marshmallow man or something.......
No, I won't out and out name him, but if this is "vague" for you, never play Charades!
Hopefully, it's a script being used for another purpose. We shall see soon enough.....
Gossip Column Disclaimer That Will Appear In Each and every Column!
This disclaimer will appear each week. Please keep in mind that these are rumors, and any gossip or rumors found within, are completely unsubstantiated. I know this goes without saying for most of you, but there are many new readers out there as well. So far, my sources have been pretty darn good over the years, and I am truly grateful. When my sources give me what they have, it's what they are hearing backstage at that moment in time. They are the first to admit that stories can be scrapped or rewritten, with casting decisions changing frequently. I respect their limitations, and so should you. Most of what I hear are very early rumblings, but I will keep nothing from you either way.

I am being told that certain interested parties are watching how many people tune in to General Hospital through ABC.Com or their mobile devices. Those are tabulated instantly, and they are watching like a hawk right now! This person could not stress enough just how important it is that you begin watching GH through your mobile device or ABC.Com (better through their website) even if you have already seen it. Just let it run in the background! This is huge! There are 5000 of you out here. I have almost 7400 hits per day at my Spoiler Site alone (my counter). That's a lot of people right there. We can help to make an impact! Please begin watching it a second time through the website or through one of your devices, and just let it run (and of course tune in through television as you always have)! VIP! This is what I'm going to do: I've got 5 devices I can use to watch. I will continue to watch the original broadcast on TV. (this is my scheduled break time since I am a freelancer and work from home)
Then: I have 2 laptops, 2 tablets and a smartphone. I can stream the show from ABC.com at various times throughout the day on the laptops and tablets and also do it through my smartphone. Heck, I've got these suckers fully charged and change them out during the day anyway for working purposes. HA! That's 5 more right there. Streaming without the sound will not inconvenience me at all.

Thank you for your call to arms, RavensBeauty! Mind you, I had no intentions of watching ABC's miserable binge-purge programming, anyway, but GH had changed so much for me that I had no intentions of watching ABC at all. I want you to know that it is on at 2:00 pm on my television AND I go to ABC.com and suffer through it so that the clueless ABCDullards I so despise will get the message.
I want you to know the boycott is working. The Regurgitation is plummeting fast and I think we are all about to find out that a certain emperor called The Chew has no clothes now that BS Frons or any other conniving ABC exec cannot allow it to bleed into a more popular show.
I thought it was odd that that smug, arrogant bastard was so quick not to renew his contract after touting The Chew's "success" as proof of his brilliance. I think he pulled a fast one while he frantically packed his golden parachute and got ready to bail.
The truth will come out about The Chew's real ratings in another week. Hope like hell that Ann Sweeney and Bob Iger have fun splainin' this one to their stockholders when they all discover that cheaper programming doesn't mean squat if you have no viewers, your advertisers are pulling out and your affiliates want their channels back.
Now is the time for GH-OLTL to set their differences aside, be mutually respectful and supportive and compromise about this crossover. It is all about soap fans, across the board, showing a united front to The Disney Rats and ABCDullards.
OUR ultimate goal is NOT to settle for One Hospital To Live. I want the OLTL crossovers on GH long enough to restore GH to what it was before Guzas Gummi Bear Mob wiped out the core families that put it on the map. Then I want OLTL restored. And for the record, if that means OLTL gets some beloved AMC crossover characters, I am fine with that.

Hey Guys,
A quick drive by this early Monday morning just to let you know that the mass exodus I have been warning you about for GH is about to begin. The next 6-8 weeks are going to be "explosive" with many being taken out in one fell swoop. I stand by my Genie Francis scoop (she will be back for the finale). Unless something changes (and in this business that's certainly possible), I am being told that everything is still a go (she will be on loan). That major announcement is coming sooner than later. Robin will not truly die (keep this in mind when the time comes). I told you that many favorites were on their way back (along with my JJ scoop). This is going to be a crazy few months at GH (the pace is about to pick up big-time). Things that normally take six months to play out will be done in two and so forth. Brace yourself for the ride. I told you that there would be some twists in the JaSam arc soon to be named "Paternity Row" however all is not what it appears to be (they may be using the same reliable testing facility that OLTL used). Need I say more? My favorite villain returns (announcement soon on this one)! Love love love this actor! That's it for now. I hope everyone has a wonderful week!

For my non-Facebook readers who are reading this here at my site, if you are one of the 371 Facebook users currently waiting to get approval in my queue, I am pretty much at my 5000 limit (I've been unfriending some to get new friends in). I may start a second Facebook page (which I was trying to avoid like the plague, but their ridiculous friend limit leaves me with no other alternative). I don't want an impersonal, cold, fan page where I lose access to all of my friends and can no longer see their profiles, birthdays, or special events in their lives (and I don't want trolls out there, which will happen if all someone has to do is "like" my page to gain access). Per Michael Fairman's blog, abc/disney let out a release statement about the 2:00 time slot per Katie Couric.

There is definitely serious research going on in regards to our shows. I just took an e-poll survey on television with an emphasis on daytime offerings. If anyone else belongs to e-poll and gets an invitation to take the current e-poll television survey. Please do. It seems like someone is gauging who is watching, how frequently, how much people would miss them if they were gone, how people currently watch/record/stream them, and what if anything would encourage them to watch more. Along with several other daytime shows which shall remain nameless, the four current soaps and OLTL were featured prominently.

I am still wishing for a speedy and cancer free recovery for you. I have a friend who had a double mastectomy last month. She had a very fast growing cancer. Better to have two less boobs than being 6 feet under
