One small step at a time Raven. Set a tiny goal and work toward it. The sense of accomplishment when you reach it will help you set a new one. Too often patients aim high and become disheartened when they do not reach the goal right away. I gave my mother this advise when the doctors told her she would never walk again and now she is on her feet using a walker.

Thanks for keeping us informed as I also do not use Facebook. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
