Subject: Red Hot Spoilers, Rumors, News & More! Updated 4/4/09!

Hey Gang,



Pull up a chair and get ready to sit a spell as I throw a bit of lather your way this very early Saturday morning. With the expected cancellation of Guiding Light comes the realization that we are a dying breed. It's rather sobering and yet it was to be expected. Despite protests to the contrary, AMC was indeed in real danger recently and as shocking as it may seem, they will be the first to go when the clouds descend upon us as our day will surely come. The last thing a network is going to do is to admit such a possibility, however it's a very real concern. For now we continue to skate even if the ice is thinning with every lap we take.

Fans of A. Martinez (Ray/OLTL) were not happy this week with news that the actor has been let go, however if it's any consolation, it came as a shock to people behind the scenes as well. They have decided to take things in a new direction. There was to be a Ray and Dorian pairing, however ABC has found someone new to spend their money on. Expect an announcement soon as this actress has just about signed on the dotted line. She is not the only crossover either. A younger actor will be joining as well.

Thankfully ABC has heard your cries regarding the teen scene at OLTL, so we may get a break from it all sooner than later. A new couple in the making is only being created to usher them off the show. They are set to leave town together if everything goes as planned. Speaking of OLTL exits, I told you in my March 14th column that Marcie was definitely exiting. I let you know in February that both Michael and Marcie would be exiting together. As most fans know, that announcement came just this week. Wave goodbye. Here is that blurb from March 14th:

Matthew will walk again (it's in the cards). Say goodbye to Marcie cuz it's coming once this arc is complete.

Michael and Marcie are only the beginning of the clean up (and some will go out in a body bag). No plane rides or bus tickets for everyone! That vet I spoke of is barely seen and she will soon be joined by some of the other vets as ABC pulls out all the stops to gain new viewers. They feel that the old viewers are not doing anything to raise the ratings, so perhaps new blood will. Color them as window dressing for that's what they shall soon be. The show sees them as anchors that will remain as a presence only (sad but true, so it can't hurt to keep those letters coming).

A nice game of musical lovers is about to begin on GH so brace yourselves. Things will not go as far as they may seem to be going, however some very surprising things will occur. Elizabeth and Patrick will dosey do as Jason and Robin reconnect with Sam ever present. Then we have Maxie and Johnny playing the mating game with Ethan and Lulu ready to ante up and play. Ric has painted himself into a corner and word is out that Rick Hearst may be joining Megan Ward on the way out the door once all is said and done (I told you this was coming for Megan Ward and recurring is not something either actor wants to live with). I suppose we shall know soon enough kiddies.

Greenlee may be seen briefly on AMC, but how she is seen might surprise you (no promises on this kids, just putting it out there as I have heard it). It's a radical idea that is being batted around right now and again it would be quite brief. Adam's secret will connect with other things that will happen down the line. Erica finds a new man to keep her smiling and Kendall is literally torn apart by her own feelings. I told you someone major was returning and Liza is not only major, she is new and improved. She takes no prisoners and she's tougher, edgier, sexier and grittier, so be prepared. There's a new sheriff in town! Expect more trouble for Zach and Kendall.....

AMC will be getting their own crossover (not from another ABC show) and another newcomer as well. This newcomer will have shades of Richie and shades of JR, so this should be interesting to say the least. Marissa has ties to someone very surprising in Pine valley and look for David Heyward to have the walls come crashing in around him.

Lastly on an off topic note (yes I'm allowed those now and then), thank you American Idol judges for sparing us from any further Megan moments. I don't think I could have taken another moment of her mugging for the camera and her over the top dramatics. It was a complete disaster and Megan a total train wreck (her head clearly became quite large in the few weeks that she had her ten minutes of fame). To bite off the hand of the very person who was your only champion was rather stupid. I'm so glad you don't care because as the judges said, neither do we. There were very talented people who fought hard to make it into this competition. People who deserved to be there and wanted to be there and it would not have been "it's all good" for them had they been eliminated. Good riddance. It has been anything but real (the drop dead gorgeous redheaded beauty Jesse with real talent should have been in your place to begin with...a decision I am sure Simon regrets).

OK guys, that's it for now. Enough ranting and raving for one day. Adam's back, but what's wrong with him? Kendall and Zach kiss. A past character returns!

Adam Chandler is back in Pine Valley, but there's something ... off about him. He doesn't want anyone to know, except Erica of course (who wouldn't want Erica to know?) -- so to distract everyone, he immediately enlists JR to help repair the faltering Chandler Enterprises.

The Chandler family expands by one when Stuart's son, Scott, returns to Pine Valley (expect an appearance by Stuart!). Scott's got big plans and runs right into ... JR being a jerk (nice to know that, despite the custody battle, JR's still got the bastard in him). Look for these two to clash. And for David to see Scott as a new opportunity to raise some hell. Y'see, these two have a past together. And Scott has something David wants. Very badly.

Baby Ian's health is still critical, and it just brings Kendall and Zach closer together. It's amazing how some problems seem small when a child's life is at risk. In fact, Kendall even tells Ryan that she can't be with him right now because Ian is her focus. All this leads up to a kiss -- finally -- between Kendall and Zach!

All this, PLUS: Amanda thinks she needs to go on the run; the twists keep coming for Annie; Krystal gets some bad news, and is carrying a whopper of a secret; and Erica tells Ryan he can have any women he wants -- including her!

April showers bring a deluge of craziness to Pine Valley; thankfully, the residents of our beloved hamlet have each other -- and the glamour of Erica Kane -- to get them through the rough times. But it may not be enough!

As if Kendall's life needed anymore complications, Zach decides that -- despite a divorce -- he's moving back in with her. He's not going to be denied any time with his children, even if things aren't working out between them. No one has time to yell at the other about this, because Ian gets very sick, very fast, with a life-threatening heart condition. Mutual worry over their child brings the almost-exes closer together, but that doesn't make the situation conflict-free. For little Ian's life may depend on three other parties. David, world renowned heart surgeon, is one of them. But what do Adam and his nephew, newly returned Scott Chandler, have to do with any of this?

Adam's at the center of a major new story and when it starts, he's not even there! Y'see, Adam goes missing and JR, Tad, and Erica all work their various magic to try to find him. When he does show up something is &. off with him. He's got a big secret he's been keeping and he needs Erica's help with it. Actually, Adam's got TWO big secrets, and one of them impacts Krystal. As if she doesn't have enough problems.

Little Adam's custody is finally decided, and (as you'd probably guess) everyone and their sister makes their case. But Adam's actions end up taking the whole battle in a different direction.

Eden Riegel returns to the role of Bianca Montgomery on April 24th. Given all the issues she and Kendall have to work out (they weren't exactly bosom buddies when Binks left), it's bound to be complex. And Reese has been telling everyone that she's going to win Bianca back, so now's her chance.

Bianca is not the only character returning to their old stomping ground this month. Liza Colby returns! Except now, she has red hair and looks like Jamie Luner. We are totally psyched for this because we loved Jamie on "Melrose Place" and "Savannah" (she also achieved sainthood, in our eyes, for being on "Just the Ten of Us"). Anyway, Liza's back -- and she's armed with a law degree, even more executive realness, and has her own agenda. Who will her return impact? Why don't we review some of the people in town tied to her (most of whom don't like her): Jake, Adam, Tad, Colby, Erica, Marian, Stuart, David, Krystal, Ryan ... Yeah; sleek red-headed pebble gets thrown into the pond of Pine Valley, causes big ripples. Stay tuned.

With Aidan's help, Annie started to figure out the reason why she is so crazy AND hates birthday cake so much. A win-win!

All this, PLUS: Amanda and Jake make moves towards romance; Tad sees a new angle on a past event that kicks off a whole new rivalry with Adam; Opal starts having more visions (and we know what that means); Erica may have a new romantic partner -- and it's someone we've never seen her with; and WHO is Zach getting with??

Is Aidan Annie's Mr. Right? Track records say no but MCE thinks they have "good thing going." He's her hero, stable and hot!

Editorial question: What took Zach so long to blame his marital misfortunes on Ryan? Why not when Ryan sniffed around Kendall before? Zach's new found jealousy seems a little overdue.

Also, Why the heck did Krystal tell David about Amanda so soon?

Zendall fans worried about the future but feeling happier now that TK has re-signed.

Starr and Cole are held hostage! Past characters return!

Schuyler Joplin gets a punch in the face from Todd after he learns he's been caught in one too many inappropriate situations with his daughter. And Todd doesn't even know yet that Starr shows up at her biology teacher's apartment and tries to seduce him into bed. Naughty, naughty Starr! Let's hope Cole doesn't find out.

They've got bigger problems, though. Todd's old fraternity brother Zach starts re-introducing himself around town -- and one of the first people he meets is Cole Thornhart, son of the woman he raped, and they quickly come to blows. Cole's on the losing end though, and gets knocked out ... and taken hostage. Starr is not far behind, and soon the two are both being held captive! Zach's itching for revenge on Todd for going free all those years ago, while Zach was sent to prison. Will Starr have to pay for her father's crimes? Or will Todd -- or even Cole -- be able to save her?

Jessica is rather dismayed now that she thinks Brody and Gigi have rekindled their romance. So dismayed, in fact, that she tells her sister Natalie that she just simply couldn't go on living if it weren't for her kids. Stuck between a rock and a nuthouse, Natalie and Jared decide to keep their secret: they won't tell anyone about Bess switching babies. Instead, they agree to become the stolen baby's godparents. With godparents like these, who needs enemies?

Don't count out Rex and Gigi, though. Once Gigi learns Brody sacrificed a possible future with Jessica for her, a series of events unfolds that gives Rex some new insight that could reunite the couple. [break] Clint throws a welcome party for little Matthew Buchanan, but it backfires and leaves Clint feeling even more alienated from Nora, Bo, and his family. But the party is reason for some Hanen family cheer because Nora's daughter Rachel returns and will soon be inserting herself right into the center of Matthew's drama -- but in unexpected ways. With her is RJ Gannon, also coming to town to offer support. It's getting to be pretty crowded in that mansion.

All this, PLUS: Blair and Marty continue to spar over the newly-married John, who's as obsessed as ever with tracking down the KAD Killer; Jack shows he's truly his father's son when his first instinct is to blackmail Dorian in order to get what he wants; and Viki is there for Tea, who's desperately trying to get Todd out of her heart and into the trash bin. Good luck with that!

Interview with the new Rachel. Rachel's been working in Chicago at a treatment center for kids and is now back to help Cole and Matthew. She'll be Cole's counselor. The actress says that Rachel is going to be cast a love interest but she doesn't know when or how that's going to play out. She says she loves working with HBS (Nora).

Zach Kidnaps Starr

Starr is in big trouble this week when a letter is sent from her school alerting both her parents to her interactions with Schuyler-and even bigger trouble when her attempt to intercept Todd's letter lands her in the grasp of a convicted rapist. KA (Starr) says "She freaks out." Starr finds the letter at La Boulaie and realizes that Todd is being notified as well. "She's like, 'I need to get over to my dad's house before he reads that letter. He'll absolutely kill Schuyler.' You know, since Todd walked in on Starr and Cole in bed together and beat the crap out of Cole, she can't imagine what he would do to a man who was her teacher and was hitting on her." Meanwhile, Cole has already spilled the beans to Todd about Schuyler, who goes running right over to the Angel Square Hotel to confront Mr. J. While hanging behind at Todd's, Cole gets knocked out by a surprise assailant-Zach Rosen, who raped his mom years ago. But when Starr arrives on the scene, all she finds is a strange man at her father's house. KA says "She doesn't know who Zach Rosen is. At first, she kinda thinks he broke into Todd's house because the door is open when Starr gets there. And he convinces her that he's just a really good friend of Todd and is watching the house while he's away." As if! Starr tells Zach that she just needs to get the letter and Todd can't know she was there. KA says "Zach is like, 'Don't worry. I won't tell him, and by the way, he shouldn't be treating you like a little girl anymore. You're a woman. Let's show your dad that you're a woman.' " Uh-oh. KA says "That's immediately a red flag for Starr. She's like, 'I need to get out of this house right now.'" But as she's running out, Zach grabs her-just as Cole comes to. KA says "Cole wakes up and is like, 'Get your hands off of her.' The whole time Cole was passed out behind the couch and Starr didn't see! She knows that something really bad is going on." And something even worse is about to happen if Todd doesn't get there soon. After holding the teens at gunpoint, Zach heads upstairs with Starr. Will Todd come to her rescue? KA says "Todd will come to Starr's rescue, it's just a matter of whether he'll rescue Starr and be able to rescue himself. as well."

David Phones Home

Dorian is thrilled to receive a call from David announcing that he booked a gig-until she sees what it's for. RS (Dorian) says "It's so funny." When David informs her that his new television commercial is about to make its nationwide debut, Dorian uses the opportunity to gloat to houseguest Ray that her husband is on the path to success. RS says "She's going, 'Yes, my husband's so creative, so brilliant, so elegant.'" But when they sit down to watch the ad, Dorian is mortified to see David pitching a treatment for hemorrhoids! RS says "Acting that Dorian was watching that commercial and is stunned and shocked, and not falling off my chair in laughter has to be one of the hardest acting assignments I've ever read. I tell you, I just had to pray, 'Please get me through this. Please!'" Afterward, David delivers the bad news that he won't be coming home anytime soon since he's now the company spokesperson. So Dorian deals with it the only way she knows how-by planting a kiss on Ray to make him jealous!

OLTL: Brier And Stack Out!
Soap Opera Digest has learned that both OLTL's Kathy Brier (Marcie) and Chris Stack (Michael) are out. Rumors have been circulating for some time that Brier would opt not to renew her contract, which expired in March, but a source reports that she and Stack were let go last week. "There could have been more story for Michael and Marcie, but that's just not the direction they decided to take it," shrugs an insider. "It's the nature of the business."

Ric tells Sonny Claudia's secret! To save Michael, Carly and Sonny have to risk his life.

With Jason on the case, trying to find out who put Ian Devlin up to the hit, Ric finds himself as the prime suspect. But if Ric knows anything, it's how to survive. So when Jason and Sonny back him into a corner over the accusation, he comes out swinging -- and says Devlin was working for Claudia! Now that Sonny's heard the truth, what is he going to do? Meanwhile, Claudia continues to try to get pregnant with Sonny's child, mostly so he doesn't have reason to kill her (have you noticed the reasoning in Port Charles is really unique?).

Elsewhere, Robin survives her plunge into the frigid waters of the Port Charles harbor -- but after she continues to resist treatment, her marriage to Patrick might not be so lucky. It doesn't help that Robin keeps turning to Jason for support while Patrick is leaning on Elizabeth.

Carly and Sonny have a tough decision to make: They're holding out hope for Michael, but the latest surgery has a high mortality rate. Should they risk their son's life in the hopes he will recover? As if this wasn't enough, Carly picks up the phone ... and Jerry's on the other end! Yep, Jerry Jax is alive ... which only means trouble.[break] As for the Crimson gang, a jealous Lulu maneuvers for Matt to replace Johnny as Maxie's escort of choice. This is good news for Matt, who is still flirting like crazy with Maxie, but Maxie isn't amused. Neither is Johnny, now that his weekly paycheck has been yanked away. Johnny and Lulu have a huge fight about it, and by the end of the week, truths are revealed and there's a game-changing kiss on the docks. And Spinelli, of course, is right in the middle of everything.

All this, PLUS: Nikolas and Rebecca get romantic -- much to his siblings' disapproval, and Tracy begins to suspect that Ethan has some kind of connection to Luke. As in, Luke is his dad. And across town, we see Lulu getting closer (and we don't mean in a "friendship" way) with Ethan ... her brother?

Lulu's relationship with Johnny crumbles this week when he confesses to lusting for Maxie. JMB explains how Lulu is knocked for a loop by one… er, lulu of a secret.

SOW asks why Lulu suggests Matt step in and be Maxie's escort when Johnny is unavailable.

JMB say she's sees an opportunity to push her buttons by convincing Kate that Matt would be a good substitute. Lulu knows that Maxie can't stand Matt and it just gives her a little laugh at the end of the day.

SOW asks if Lulu is aware that Matt has shown an interest in Maxie.

JMB says the only thing Lulu is aware of is that Matt comes to Crimson and asks to speak to Maxie and the second Maxie walks in, it's pretty clear that she can't stand him.

SOW says that Maxie comes up with a substitute, Ethan.

JMB says yeah, but Ethan is a *good* substitute. Lulu really, really wants Maxie to have a horrible night, so she gives it a push in Matt's direction.

SOW says that Lulu blurts out that she has already has a date with Ethan, does that mean she's interested in him?

JMB says no, she just makes it up on the spot, just as a way to make him unavailable, so that Matt is the only option. It's got nothing to do with personal interest in Ethan.

SOW asks if this devolves into a huge fight.

JMB says no, it isn't an argument. It's sneaky and conniving. They have to be professional in front of Kate.

SOW asks what happens when Kate chooses Matt as Maxie's escort.

JMB says that Maxie is upset and Lulu feels like she has the upper hand.

SOW asks if Lulu is surprised when Ethan insists that she go on their "date"?

JMB says Lulu is cornered because he threatens to tell Kate that he is available unless she goes on the date, so she decides to go with him.

SOW asks if Lulu presses Kate to name Matt as Maxie's permanent escort.

JMB says that Kate things it'd be a good idea, so Lulu chirps in her ear like a little birdie and mentions he'd be cheaper, because she doesn't have to pay him the way she does Johnny.

SOW asks what Matt wants.

JMB says he turns down being the permanent escort so he can take Maxie out on a real date, instead. Maxie sees this as not a big deal, she'll suffer through one date. But Lulu still thinks it's a win, because Maxie has to go on a date with a guy she hates.

SOW asks how Lulu's "date" goes.

JMB says there isn't one. She's just occupying the time frame so Kate won't call her out on her lie. They go to the Haunted Star, and Tracy makes Ethan work!

SOW mentions that Lulu and Johnny have had to work at their relationship.

JMB says definitely, it's been pretty rocky from the beginning, very tense. They're always on rocky ground where at any moment, it feels like it's going to drop. It's finally dropping.

SOW asks why Johnny finally drops the bomb.

JMB says because he doesn't want to tell Lulu about his part in Michael's shooting. He'd rather she think the distance and evasiveness are based on his feelings for Maxie. He opts to tell her that he almost slept with Maxie in order to break off the relationship so that he doesn't have to feel that he's lying to her anymore.

SOW asks how Lulu reacts.

JMB says shock, disgust and betrayal. He tries to play it off that he did her a favor by not sleeping with Maxie; all they did was kiss, so Lulu should be happy. It's not the first time Maxie's become intimate with one of Lulu's boyfriends. Even though they fight, Maxie is Lulu's friend and it's hard to have your friend and boyfriend lying to you. It's sad and she's completely enraged and humiliated.

SOW asks where they leave it.

JMB says it's pretty clear once you tell someone you've made out with their friend, your relationship is not going anywhere. So he walks out. It ends on this "high" note of everybody hurting, especially Lulu. Unfortunately, she's the one who has had a blanket over her head this entire time - and she still does.

The Buzz:

Role-ing Back the Years

Rebecca facing the prospect of breast cancer is not only familiar to Emily fans, it's also a blast from the past for NL, who portrayed Emily's battle with the disease beginning in 2003. But NL doesn't see a potential retread. "If they decide to do the story, it would be really interesting to explore how a different character would deal with it," she muses. "But I'll leave that to the writers. I know that they have a lot already planned, and I'm just excited to see what it is." If it's bad news for Rebecca, NL is ready to step up with a fresh take on playing a cancer patient. "Yeah, it would be very challenging to play it again, but this time with a different character." Emily beat her cancer into remission; if Rebecca is stricken, will she be so lucky?

Jason grows suspicious of Ric.
Carly suffers fainting spells.
Rebecca asks Monica about breast cancer.
Bernie gives Sam and Spinelli a boost.
Claudia tangles with Olivia.

Hey Raven-- great to see your post today! I was excited!! So One Life has dropped A Martinez to bring on an actress?? hmmm ... so will Dorian have a man in her life anytime soon? Someone already on canvas perhaps???? When you say a this actress to OLTL is a CROSSOVER -- I'm wondering if its a crossover from another ABC show or another Network?? If it's another ABC show-- I'm wondering if Robin C is coming on as Skye or Laura K who finished her stint as REBECCA on AMC. I kinda doubt it will be her cause they will be top heavy in women in that age group BIG TIME with no possible love intertests. If it's an actress from another network-- my mind jumps to the idea of Gina T coming back as Kelly or maybe even Crystal C joining the cast. I think Crystal would make a great recast of Cassie... and so would Martha B (ex Lily ATWT).

Cris and Tayla are out... which is fine by me. I am so hopeful that this house cleaning of sidebar characters is so that somone like Erka S will get a more secure contract and someo more screentime-- although I doubt it's happening from what you wrote. I must admit I would rather see Viki on as a window dressing then not at all. But not sure if ES would stick around for that. I am also wondering if the exit of A Martinez is a way to usher Robin S to backburner too???? Unless this CROSSOVER is someone tied to Dorian.

I wish you gave us more insight on the backstage stuff surrounding Jamie Luner's addition to the cast of AMC. What do the cast members think? I wonder how MEK, DM and DW feel with the PTB casting someone so much younger then they are in the role of Liza.
I think Jamie would have been an awesome recast for Skye-- but since they didnt go that route I am hopeful that's because there is still some possibility of Robin S returning to an ABC show.

You have been pretty dead on with everything, so I have to say your comments about AMC being the first to go when the clouds descend seem to indicate that it's pretty likely it's going to happen, and sooner rather than later. I've been a loyal AMC viewer since the early 1980s, and will be pretty devestated if it goes. Even though things haven't been so wonderful the last couple of years, I keep watching because I feel like surely somebody can come in and turn things around and get this show back on track. I sure hope you have better news to report to us regarding this scary situation soon.

The only good news I have heard is that there is no more 90210. Not to say that the kids are not interesting but it is limited as to what they can do without judgment being passed. They should have turned Starr into Todd as opposed to little Brat Jack. I like John as step-daddy. He keeps him in check. The Starr/Cole combo is over done. Let them move on, allow her to be a little like her mama since she is not like her daddy and sleep with her teacher. That would be the risky thing to do but OLTL is obviously not that...

IA with your spot on assessment of the train wreck called Megan on AI. She is absolutely horrible and like Simon said, "we don't care either" about her. Gonna miss A Martinez as I thought he and Dorian could have gone in so many directions. Glad to hear Lola is leaving. Couldn't stand her from day 1. One way to perk up AMC? Get rid of Ryan. The guy can't act his way out of a paper bag. Glad to hear MEK re-signed. He and David Canary are great when they're front and center.

Hmmmm, I read Elizabeth on GH is out. True? If so, shocking. I always thought she was so popular with TPTB. Ethan gives me the heebee jeebies. His smile looks lecherous for such a young man. Tired of Robin and her stubbornness to avoid treatment, being a dr and all she knows better. I guess Michael will be coming back on canvas pretty soon. Don't really care one way or the other, but since they'll SORAS Kristina, I'm gonna really miss that little cutie pie actress who played her for so long. Hope I'll like her new portrayer b/c anytime Alexis is onscreen it's a good day.

Elizabeth is the heart and soul of GH. She is the only decent character on the show. Pair her with Patrick and we have a beautiful, normal couple for a change. I am so sick of the likes of slut Carly and demented claudia and when is Olivia going home to her son whom she wants to keep away from Sonny so badly? Seems to me she wants to be with Sonny or she would have gone bakc to B'klyn long ago. Here is ABC Daytime using their senior actors and actresses as window dressing and their ratings are so low, and here is CBS, Y&R using their vets in major storylines and even have a "senior" romance...their ratings are rising.

ABCD is trainwreck and Y&R is smoking hot! ABCD needs to get a clue from Y&R. Use your entire cast, use your vets. GET RID OF RYAN!

Thanks Raven for your great spoilers! I just caught up on AMC and am very disappointed! I loved the kiss between Zack and Kendell but TPTB are only teasing us. I read in Soap Opera Digest today that they are breaking up Zack and Kendell. Charles Pratt needs to be fired! He has destroyed a perfectly great couple and has gone backwards with Kendell and Ryan! He said he took a poll and 50% of the long time fans wanted Kendell and Ryan together! Hmm.. I think he lies! I am a long time fan and from what I am reading many other as well myself do not want Kendall with Ryan! According to SOD 8% want Ryan and Kendell together and 92% want Kendell and Zack together! He has taken a once enjoyable show and destroyed it! I am done watching for now! I will keep up on the spoilers and watch once in a while to see if it has improved, but for now this long time fan 25 + years is done with AMC!!(I'm not that old in my 40's) I know this is only a soap and the show is here to entertain us, I am no longer entertained! So many people want Ryan gone I feel bad for Cameron M. they have ruined his character for so many people! Thank you Raven for all you do!

I agree that it is a big mistake to break up Zendall. I have watched AMC from the beginning and this is one of the best couples in the show's history. Ryan has so gotten on my nerves, that I have been fast forwarding thru his scenes. I can't stand Kendall and Ryan together. FYI, didn't Charles Pratt also come up with the idea of breaking up Luke and Laura on GH? That was also a "genuis move".

I know everyone has different ideas about how the soaps should be written. I do understand that it is hard for the writters to please everyone. Ryan is a great actor but I do agree he should not be with Kendell. The show has to take a different turn in order for people to watch and enjoy, bring back Maria for Zack and let kendell feel the rage of jealousy that wii make the show worth watching.
One Life To Live Stacy should not have blackmailed her sister into dumping Rex, they should have come up with a different story line if they wanted to make Shane sick then they should have showed who Rex's real father was that would be more interesting then this whole stacy storyline.

From everything I've read about Pratt, he seems to think that Ryan is a "good" guy. Maybe his plan is to make Rendall the main storyline. UGH!

Frankly, I'm glad they're dissolving Zach and Kendall. No two characters deserve each other more than Ryan and Kendall. The best part is it gives Zach something more to do than pining after his shallow, shrewish wife.
