I'm a little older than you--35--but it was the first time I had ever experienced death and it blew me away. However, I was surprised to wake up one day and realize that I could go on living without him. Give yourself time to absorb the shock, treat yourself for right now like you are physically sick, and take care of your physical being--get exercise, eat right, don't drink or try to kill the pain--it just prolongs it.
