I am so sorry about your little sister--I know you must miss her terribly.
It helped me to read Dr white's book--Sibling Grief: Healing after the death of a sister or brother. I found out how hard it had been for me to have no one acknowledge that I was also affected by the death of my younger sister. No one wanted to talk about it so I didn't know that.
I'm glad you visited here--it's a good first step. But don't be afraid to go to the doctor if you need too. You've been sad and inward for a long time.
