Yes, I have heard and read this before (you can check out this link about the tortion colic theory here. (http://www.legacyfriesians.com/aboutfriesians.html) but where are the actual studies like you wrote? At one point, a few famous Friesians passed away at a young age all due to colic and it seemed like the theory was valid.

I think I will go wtih your suggestion and give him half of one instead.
