Subject: Sellers using ACE to calm horses

I have an underlying concern about how widespread the use of ACE (a sedative that calms horses without losing performance) is with some dealers. My Frieisian was a different horse when he got home than he was when I rode him pre-purchase. That is the only idea I have about it. If it's true who can you trust?
