Subject: Skin Problems

My friesian will be 2 this August. She gets these small patches of hair loss on random parts of her body (her rump, shoulder, neck, etc). She will have anywhere form 1-5 patches at a time, usually no more than 1 inch by 1 inch in size. Sometimes the skin is flakey & scaley underneath, & other times it is not. She is on quality grass hay, gets a vitamin & mineral supp daily, and gets ground flax daily. She is dewormed regularly, and I have tried antimicrobial prays such as eqyys micro-tek. She has access to shelter to get out of the elements. As soon as the patches go away & the hair grows back a new one will pop up! She looks very healthy, good weight, nice shiny coat (other than her patches). I have read that friesians can be prone to skin conditions, does anyone have any advice?
Thanks
