The more I read of this, and the more I see people breeding, and asking me if I'd like to breed my FPS/FHANA Mares to their non-approved stallions, like Timm V - Ster, the one on the cover of the Yankee Peddler this month, I'm suddenly in agreement with FHANA with closing the B-book II.
If Americans had as much scruples as the Dutch this probably wouldn't of happened, instead of breeding horses that they knew they shouldn't be breeding. It's the new wave; get a Friesian stallion, breed it to anything, and expect nice papers. But some people have their own ideas. They should like cubic zirconia.
