Hi Rachel, Personnaly I think you can works a lot of things with your two years old that will help the bound between you and her and make it easier when the time will come to start her under saddle... a lot of works in hand... and above all take some walk with her so she could learn not to be afraid of all the new thing in new place... some personne walk theire dog but instead walk your horse...you will surprise to see how productive it is... I think young horses often starts to be shy around the age of two as they become more aware of theire surounding...

Also playing with Parelli games help a lot to prepare young horses... we are doing dressage but I think Parelli's games are good for all horses...

Finaly theire is a lot to do with your 2 yo... Have fun with her... She can not be works too much before you start her under saddle you just have to find what is good for her at her age and level of development... Give us some news !!!
