Subject: Training question about head position

I recently bought a Friesian sport horse. He has had 60 days training and is doing wonderfully with his training to now with us. He was started and broke using the Clinton Anderson reining method (not sure why this method was used with a head up Friesian). This gave him a very low head set when bridled and ridden. Does anyone know what methods are used to retrain the head set? He is 5 years old and a very fast learner.
