OK, thanks for the link, already familiar with these procedures, as a past board member of the FHS I keep abreast of these issues. My interest was to see if there was any mention of the dual registry protocol or the stance the FPS has adopted according to Bryan. I appreciate the link, just not sure how it supports or changes the position Bryan expressed to myself or several others who took the opportunity to call him in August, can you elaborate or offer any aditional insight?
