Subject: Recurring Thrush

Hello everyone. My gelding has the famously wonderful friesian hooves, but I am constantly fighting thrush. Do any of you have a home remedy method of killing it? He used to have it in all four feet & I'm down to one now - but can't seem to quite get rid of it. Through the vet I even used a mixture of iodine & formaldehyde, which definitely seems to keep it at bay...
Usual methods like coppertox & thrush buster didn't seem to make any difference at all. Any advice?
