[> The cheapest by me is $3.45. UGH!!!! I have to drive 60 miles round trip to work every day so I hate this. I wish the government would come up with something to help out. For one thing, I know in the spring and summer, the gas mixture changes (because of environment regulations), and it's different for many parts of the country so that means they have to refine many different types of grades of gas. This slows down the refining process and reduces the supply of gas. Can't they temporarily make it OK to have the same type of grade of gas for the whole country? This would help with the supply. -- Kathleen, Tuesday, April 15, 6:03:22 [1]

[> We're back to $3.29. I am no longer filling my tank. I just buy $20 worth which gets me less than 6 gallons now, and car use has been cut drastically. -- Ninja_Girl, Thursday, April 17, 4:43:03 [1]

[> Right now its $3.44, and I'm sure it will go up by the end of the day LOL! They seem to raise the prices every single day.....But don't you know big oil is enjoying their 30+ billion dollar quarterly profits LOL! I'm not spouting one political candidate or another, but I like McCain's idea of waiving the Federal Gasoline Tax for the summer months, to give the consumers about a .20 cent break for a few months. Like that will ever happen, but of course big oil enjoys their corporate tax breaks while the rest of us suffer. For the record, the boat is parked & is not moving (can't afford it)...the truck hasn't been moved in months, so much so that the battery was dead & I had to charge it (I had to move the truck to mow the grass)...my crappy little car costs me 45 bucks to fill, & yes I'm thankful for my crappy little car LOL! Food prices are also going up...my children's food used to be $3.84 for 12 pouches, now its $4.72....yeah but we aren't in a recession LOL! -- Jennifer, Wednesday, April 23, 12:11:33 [1]
