i've been purging a lot off and on and keep getting dehydrated. my feet keep cramping. i've been drinking lots of gatorade, propel, and other drinks like that - even fruit2o which is supposed to be fruit water. but i've been getting cramps again. i've been drinking about 6-8 glasses of the liquids and eating more foods that hold water. but i don't know what to do. i haven't been working out because i don't want to be get even more dehydrated. do you have any suggestions??
