I just wanted to give a tip on fitness and sports, I recently started doing karate. It is a lot of fun, a huge self esteem booster and I GOT A THIGHT BUTT!!! Because it combines weights, excercises and running it is really helpful. I like it because I dont really do it for the weight I do it for fun. With pilates aerobics and stuff I never really liked it, I just did it because I wanted to lose some weight. This is really fun. I can recommend this to all of you. Give it a try!
