I am sorry you are having such a hard time. I really am.
On this article: the basics are correct but very much exagerated (is that correct spelling, english is not my mother tongue) anyway, they are over done. (read what I posted)
On fat: if you leave fat out of your diet completely you will in the worst case not survive and in the best case run into problems.
I really do not want to lecture, because I've been there too, and some times I still am. Fat is not as bad as people want us to believe, a lot of fat is bad but a human being needs some fat intake. On top of that, if you eat little, your body doesnt care what it is, it will use it in the same way anyway. (contrary to what fashion diets want us to believe).
