PHENOMENAL FACES
2006 Holiday Queen

November 18th
Registration begins at 11am Pageant starts promptly at 1pm.

Beauty Registration Fee: $100
Deadline for Registration November 4th 2006

Photogenic: $15
Include 2 pictures color or black and white no larger than 5x7 additional pictures $5 each.

Casual Wear: $15
Wear you prettiest casual wear and strut your stuff!

AGE DIVISIONS:
*0-23mos.* *2-5yrs* *6-11yrs*
*12-15yrs* *16-21yrs*

NO FAKE HAIR PIECES * FLIPPERS (FAKE TEETH) ALLOWED!

Rules for Make Up:

Contestants 0-5yrs: No MAKE UP ALLOWED.

Contestants 6-11: May Wear Light make up and light eye shadow.

12-UP: May Wear Full Make-up

Trophies, Crowns and Sashes awarded to all Queens. Participation Trophies will be given to all contestants! Trophies also awarded in Beauty, Photogenic & Casual Wear Events! High Point will be awarded but must participate in all categories. Side events include Prettiest Eyes, Hair, Smile and Dress, fee for side events are included in the registration.

Door admission $5 for everyone except contestant.
