Why don't people realize that bureaucrats making behaviors "against the law" is ruling over the people, the sovereignty. This is the antithesis of the real America, the land of the free converted to Ameri-Ka, the land of the fee and home of the dumbed down, ignorance causing them to appear to be on the reasoning level of the mentally challenged.
