1. This Constitution

2. Laws of the United States shall be made in Pursuance thereof

3. all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United states

Now, while everyone else seems to be seeing treaties as the supreme law
of the land, I see them as being is THIRD place of priority in the Constitution.

However, it does appear that treaties would override any state laws to the
contrary. the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the
Constitution or the Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
This could have some interesting effects.

So let's not fall for the traitors in various "conservative" organizations and
think tanks telling us a treaty could ban our right to keep and bear arms, or
any other Constitutionally protected, God given rights.

Who the Hell is Vincent Gioia anyway? We need to always be wary of
anyone who says the Constitution can be overridden by a treaty.
