Subject: Autism info needed

 Have a good friend whose child came down with Autism. Twins and only 1 got it after vaccinations.

Does anyone know of some diet or vitamins that can help restore the proper brain function? Am looking for methods that have shown marked improvement in the patient.

There are so many scams out there that promise everything and am not interested in wading through all that pure hype.
If you can help it would be appreciated.
