This is one part of the problem and this will continue UNTIL the OWNERS and those who are in management positions are held PERSONALLY LIABLE - criminally, civilly, financially - this bypassing of employing LEGAL AMERICAN workers will not change.
[Swift's new owners, a Brazilian firm, recruited a different set of foreign workers to fill the gaps left by the Mexican and Central American workers caught up in the ICE raid in December 2006. This time, they hired refugees brought into the U.S. on a special visa.]
Until we STOP the influx of all foreign labor via this gaping hole that allows employers to bring in new SLAVES to work for little or nothing compared to what these employers should be paying LEGAL AMERICANS - well, we are just allowing the corporate SLAVE MASTER to fill their plants with new slaves and American's are being left outside the gate - intentionally - so that America is brought DOWN to her knees and made less than any Third World country. That is the goal of the OWO gangsters. They have spent much to take America DOWN and right now this nation is wrapped in ropes of DEBT and filled with foreign slaves who will turn on us in a second when their Slave Masters give the order.

Sixteen months ago, federal agents swept into the Panhandle town of Cactus, Texas, in Moore County as part of a massive raid of Swift & Co. beef processing plants across the country. They arrested 297 workers on immigration violations and sent hundreds more fleeing the community for fear of more raids.
