Folks,
I have had an interesting idea floating around in my head this morning and this news story provides the perfect lead in to it.
I ask you to set up side by side columns - make a "T" - and on one side you list a word or topic and on the other side you list it's opposite. In bookkeeping it is Debit and Credit.
I am going to give you some possible headers:
Life - Death
Right - Wrong
Left - Right
Forward - Backward
Lawful - Unlawful
Constitutional - Unconstitutional
Legal - Illegal
Male - Female
Black - White
Strong - Weak
Master - Slave
Pure - Polluted
Faithful - Unfaithful
Truth - Lie
God - Satan
This list could go on forever but I am hoping this sets the stage (mental picture) for my comments.
The point in all this is the massive efforts that are made to create a third column for all the items I listed above and all the others in this life. That third (middle) column is the one that should never be but has been created and promoted since Eve ignored God's forbidding eating the Fruit of the Tree of Knowledge and listened instead to the serpents whispering. Today that area is called the GRAY AREA. What a brainwashing success that has been.
If you will THINK about the things I listed (and all others you may add) there is NO gray area unless you participate in the DECEPTION - the fraud of ignoring hard truth.
You are either alive or you are DEAD. There is NO middle (gray) area.
If you have a pure clean glass of water and you add one tiny particle of another substance you have polluted that pure water. We are not discussing *degrees* of - just the simple fact that what isn't PURE is POLLUTED. It matters not if you do it with good intentions - the fact remains that you have POLLUTED the PURE. There is no such thing as a *white lie* - truth or lies have no color - they are either a lie or they are truth - no in between.
Now you are probably wondering why my comments relate to the article below. Well, in all the articles written on ILLEGALS we have these tear jerking phrases used to POLLUTE the FACTS.
Notice how this is written that these ILLEGALS are caught because of a *simple broken headlight* or other such meaningless offenses. What is completely ignored (intentionally) is that these ILLEGALS are here ILLEGALLY. That is the BOTTOM LINE of the entire situation. If the person was here LEGALLY and was stopped for a broken headlight, they would get a ticket, accept it or contest it in court, and go on their way. The newspaper wouldn't be writing articles on it at all. Either the person is LEGAL -or - ILLEGAL. Everything after that point is POINTLESS!!!
One is either OBEYING the law or they are VIOLATING THE LAW. To complain that they are pulled over because of a broken headlight has NOTHING to do with the real issue - you know that - I know that, and so does the newspaper.
However, we have all strayed so far from TRUTH in our lives that we wink at such things - we rationalize, we excuse, we look the other way rather than stand for TRUTH. It is that point that is the reason for the mess we have in our country, in our government, in our families, and in our personal lives. Too much WINKING and not enough THINKING. Too few who are willing to take up the cross of TRUTH and not retreat from the real enemy - and like it or not.....

No one who reads my comments has to do a thing - what any reader does or doesn't do is strictly up to them. I am here to be SALT - to inspire readers to THINK - to encourage readers to do the RIGHT THINGS. Just like when you cast your ballots in an election. Only you know how you voted and YOU will have to live with that and perhaps on Judgement day you will have to account for that vote. I will be held accountable for my acts - and so will everyone else for theirs.
I hear comments that God is striking America with all this bad stuff. I disagree. The God of the Bible set forth rules and also gave mankind FREE WILL to choose between right and wrong. It is the CHOICES mankind has made that is bringing all this damnation upon America. Mankind kicked God out of everything, made a conscious CHOICE to SIN against God's Word. Mankind chose Satan over God and this evil we are experiencing is of Satan's rule - not God's. Granted, God is *allowing* it to happen but he is NOT CAUSING it to happen. There is a BIG difference in the WHY of what is happening. To all who keep saying, God Bless America, I have to wonder where their head is as they are asking God to Bless that which is in direct opposition to His Word. Get a clue, folks, God is NOT going to Bless America until America repents and CHOOSES God over Satan. I don't see that happening as a nation. I would like to be wrong on my thoughts but scripture is pretty clear on what is coming on and in this world. My only hope is that my words will reach into the hearts of those who haven't as yet made their CHOICE of whom they will serve. It is a FREEDOM OF CHOICE issue. You either choose God or you (maybe by default) choose Satan. None of us knows when we shall breathe our last breath so that FREE CHOICE should be made as soon as possible as when that last breath is drawn it is too late to make the choice. The dead do not have an advocate (in spite of many religions which teach that the living can atone for the dead) when it comes to Salvation. That is the personal decision of the party while alive.
Just as when the ILLEGAL is pulled over for a broken headlight - at that point in time it is too late to have made the decision on entering another country ILLEGALLY. The ILLEGAL entry was made and now it is time to pay the consequences of the original decision.

Sheriff's immigration crackdown catches more minor offenders than violent criminals

For Ramiro Aguirre, the path to deportation began with a broken headlight.
A Nashville police officer pulled him over last November, and Aguirre was arrested when he couldn't produce a driver's license. He went from jail to a deportation center to Mexico. All after a minor traffic violation.
Aguirre is not alone. In the first year that the Nashville Police and Davidson County Sheriff's departments have participated in a nationwide immigration enforcement program, half of the nearly 3,000 people arrested under that program were caught during routine traffic stops, many of them for driving without a license.
