That will happen in the following way:
1- At some point in all this huge borrowing -spending effort, some country or major world finanical institution will say: "We no longer accept dollars because it is not any longer a sound currency"
2- When that happens, there will be a world-wide rush to get rid of dollars. The value of your 401K, bank account and the buying power of the currency in your pocket will suddenly tumble to probably 10% of what it is now. and there will be "blood in the streets".
3- That will be the "Emergency" Rham Emanuel is talking about where "you can do things you never thought possible" Some of those things will be to call in all of the gold and silver and guns. If you fail to turn them in you become a criminal and if caught will go to jail under special "Emergency management " rules and laws.
4- Anybody who publicly objects will be declared an "enemy of the state" and sent to a "Re-education Camp" Which may be OK with some, because it will be the only place you can get enough to eat.
Is this a wild predition? NO it is a mathmatical certainty. The only uncertainty is WHEN IT WILL HAPPEN.
For the past 30 -40 years, our government has been pursuing policies that dictate against wealth creation (manufacturing, extraction of our resources, development of nuclear power, water power - most any kind of power, and crazy trade agreements. It is a cancer known by many names, mostly ENVIRONMENTALISM. and NAFTA. They have applied numerous band-aids (like the "housing boom") to this cancer, but band-aids don't cure cancer. It's not a Republican or a Democrat thing because both parties have persued it vigoressly.
Obama and company are simply taking advantage of this mathematical certainty.
