Jackie,
Of course, I do not agree. For any treaty to be valid, it cannot usurp the limitations placed on government. The US Government has no authority to change the Constitution or to go against it in any manner. This is the key phrase - "under the authority of the United States" and no authority was given for any congressional or executive change in the Constitution.
Our Law is set by the Declaration and our Creator's Natural Law, not by the Constitution, and our rights may not be interfered with by any treaty, nor may the Bill of Rights limiting government against such actions be done away with because of a bunch of bureaucrats. In other words, our rights precede any written document and no authority was given to do away with human rights through any means, not by the vote, legislatively, or by treaty with foreign powers.
Thus, the reason for the creation of fear in people, and the reason for dividing them in order to conquer them.
