The answer is "yes" - look up Title 18, sections 4 and 2382.
Then look up Title 42, Sections 1981 et seq (criminalized by Title 18, Sections 241 and 242), and Title 18, Sections 1961 et seq for additional crimes.
Also, although I do not recall the specific statute, one does not have to be knowledgable of being part of a conspiracy to be part of it. But, I think it could be proved beyond all doubt that every official either knows he/she is part of a conspiracy to overthrow America (remember "ignorance of the law is no excuse" - how many people have heard that in unlawful courts trying people for victimless crimes).
There are also statutes covering "not speaking when the necessity to speak presents itself". It is fraud.
Of course, those that have been throwing out cases have no authority to do so and, therefore, commit "fraud upon the court". Just because they are higher court officials does not make them exempt from Title 28 statutes regulating judges and their duties (to take oaths/acknowledgements and to accept writs and other paper work but may not make law from the bench - see Title 28, Sections 459 and 454 respectively). They have no authority to rule on law, as that is up to juries (determine law in fact and substance), unless one gives unknowingly power to judge to a judge. Supremes can only state what the law says, but may not interprest it - either a law says what it means and means what it says or it is null and void from its inception. And, all those allegedly pertaining to we the people are null and void as far as we are concerned because we are the sovereign under Common and Natural Law, and not under control by Congress or any other branch or body politic.
Remember, we are not under any judiciary conference or whatever that make up rules for Article I and Article IV courts, or state-created chanceries. How could we be, when they or it has no law making authority over we, the sovereignty?
What we are subjected to by huge money interests and politicians is a massive fraud to protect the usurper, obama, the judiciary and legislative bodies politic that are out of control and have been for decades (but the most in the last 16 years), committing treason with every act.
Although there is much more, the above is food for thought.
