Given your previous email... I think all of us more than understand why. It
never makes it to investigation, charges and hearings let alone any other action.

Government employees only have to worry if they "do" something that then
someone higher up needs a scapegoat for -- or they want to get rid of them
with malice. The lawyers on your list who do federal work know how hard
it is to do "knowledge" "crimes" which in WA D.C. makes most people felons
I would guess -- should there actually be a statute to cover that splitting of
hairs game.
