Linda/Chelene;
To the best of my knowledge, ALL sworn public servants, knowing of violation of the Constitution and of the law, and also being in a position of responsibility to take appropriate action to stop those violations, would be guilty of misprision at the least.
That is why all 535 members of Congress, all of whom failed to challenge the certification of the Electoral votes on January 8th (including the counting of 55 electoral votes for California, knowing full well that one of those votes was by a long-dead elector, Irene Huber), can and should be charged with misprision, at the least. This will be a task for various People’s Grand Juries, one we have completed the task of ousting the Imposter.
I will forward this question to Orly, and perhaps she will publish the answer publicly on the Blogspot, as it is a major question for all patriotic Americans who may care about keeping our Constitution.
Thanks for your concern.
