 Removing the word navigable, from the clean water act, will now make any "water", anywhere, subject to the whims of state/federal agency employees in every instance: rainwater, spilled water,clouds,atmosphere, canals, water in roof gutters,ad infinitum.The environmental lunatics inside all government agencies will pursue this with vengance. Armed with taxpayers dollars Agency lawyers will destroy whatever is left of private property rights.
