That guy who was screwing 8 crime around was called Harry Schwarz and he lived in Oklahoma. I have long memories and I was amazed by that trick too so I remember it.
8 crime wasn`t able to put HTML on the JRP, he once said this when somebody asked him about it so he didn`t know everything. However he knew a great deal and may have been taught by someone how to do this like we were taught JRP HTML by Nemesis.
I don`t know enough about computers to be able to answer your question. Sorry!
