If my childs senior year dont kill me it will deffinitely put me in the poor house. Yikes!!!

If she's taking any AP courses, check with the colleges she plans to go to to see if they accept the test scores for those AP classes. Not all colleges do. Since you have to PAY to take the AP test, if your child goes to a school that doesn't use or accept the score, then you've wasted the $$. I think it's $35 per test, but if she's taking more than one, it can add up. That way, she gets the benefit of the AP class on her transcript, but not the stress or expense of the test. I had a friend who found that out 25+ years ago. Since she was working to pay for her own expenses, she saved herself some money.
