Subject: I add a packet of taco seasoning to a pot of chili, a teaspoon of ground cumin, a teaspoon of oregano, a teaspoon of pepper, about 1/2 tsp salt, and a 1/4 tsp of hot pepper flakes for extra 'kick'. I also always add fresh coriander or cilanro right before serving.
