Subject: Hmm - while reading Nancy Drew, I wanted to be a "sleuth." When I read "Sue Barton" I wanted to be a nurse. Then I discovered languages and wanted to be a foreign correspondent or a diplomat. Then I actually became an international banker - and ran straight back to school to become the one thing I always swore I'd never do - become a teacher.

[> I, like Mac, wanted a good man, a great career and lots of comfortable shoes. I thought about being a detective or an attorney. I wound up in accounting. I needed action like Harm and Mac, so I taught 5th & 6th graders for 3 years, hated the principal, so now I do Human Resources in a small business with 160 people! I have delivered pizzas, delivered papers, delivered the mail. I work until 4:30 so I can go running or cycling, I lost my good man, the love of my life after 21 years and I have lots and lots of comfortable shoes! -- Jen, 17:49:13 11/03/09 Tue [1]
