Subject: That's awful. I'm surprised they can find a vet to do it. The only time I've ever heard a vet suggest putting a dog to sleep it was because the dog was extremely old and in horrific pain.

My mom knows a man who said he and his wife always put their dogs to sleep when they turn 12, regardless of whether they are healthy or not. I couldn't be a vet with customers like that.
