Subject: There's a gluten-free aisle in all the markets, here -- Waitrose, Morrisons', Tesco, and M&S and I'm pretty sure you can ask for meals gluten-free in restaurants. Sure, go on a Stonehenge tour -- I think you can best book at the concierge at your hotel -- I would contact them ahead of time and price these excursions so you can allocate your time, budget, and decisions. London is expensive, that's for sure. Feel free to contact me, too -- maybe I'll dash into London and meet you for lunch or a 'cuppa'.

Hampton Court is also really a cool place to visit -- this is where Henry VIII lived and held court. There are regular guided tours daily and gives one the total history of England in one place.
