Subject: no I don't though a friend of mine in high school had that - the brace for two years - last time I saw her at our 25th reunion she looked great - I honestly don't remember her fussing or complaining back then

I was diagnosed with very mild scoliosis as a teenager, but the doctor said that since I was finished growing, and it wasn't getting worse, and I wasn't experiencing any pain or other problems, to not bother with treating it at all, so we didn't. My back is a little crooked, and one hip is slightly higher than the other, but it really isn't noticeable to anyone but me unless you're really looking for it. I guess I could consider myself lucky!

I remember have had one. All in a sort of plastic and with binding/clamping screw.Several.Couldn't move and breathe w/it.A real horror.

I was and am in the same case as JAG Junkie.

I hope for your daughter than now surgical corset are less painful than the ones back in the middle of the 90's.

Bon courage
