Subject: Advice from a non-professional. The best way to get into shape is to move more---walk, run, swim, go to workout classes, on a regular basis, and watch what you eat. The gadgets are generally a waste of money, according to the fitness and health professionals. (Inside)

I've been slim and fit, and I've been overweight and unfit. In the past 5 1/2 yrs, I've been doing my best to lose weight through Weight Watchers, and recently, I've been working out 3-5 days a week. It's not easy, but I feel so much fitter. There is no easy fix, and ab rollers etc are pretty useless they are part of an extensive fitness/weight regime. You can do crunches on the floor without spending a penny. Here is an article about Ab Rollers.

This is just my opinion, of course, based on what I've learned about health and fitness in general. Your own body is the best machine you can use.

[> [> [> I've never had sciatica, but I know the pain my husband was in when he had it about 5 yrs ago. He walked like an old man, and I had to help him. Fortunatly, it went away after a few days and it hasn't returned. And I hear you about not sleeping. When that happens (like last Thursday,) I get up and get more work done than in the day. Mind you, I have to play sleep catch up for days after. -- Cece, 15:00:43 03/13/11 Sun [1]
