I'd love to 'hear' some ideas and what you are doing with all that food that was left. Or did you really plan and don't have any leftovers?" on 13:21:25 11/27/10 Sat

[> We were given a 12lb whole turkey by my husband's boss, so I cooked that, but since none of us cares for dark meat, there wasn't much left for leftovers. I made the boys (hubby & 2 sons) "turkey slop" for lunch the next day (turkey & gravy on toast), but that was it for the white meat.... -- (Inside) The Chief, 22:24:54 11/27/10 Sat [1]

One year I made "Thanksgiving Lasagne" by layering turkey, gravy, & stuffing between lasagne noodles. It actually wasn't that bad, but I've never felt compelled to do it again LOL.

My friends from "home" were all talking Friday about "Bobbie" sandwiches - turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. Not a fan of the sauce myself, but it's a Philly thing.

I tried making soup last year, but it ended up getting put in the freezer and never being eaten. Oh well.
