- Because it says on the form can’t hold another Festival Title so neither Miss or Teen should have been eligible especially if they were both actively traveling. Some people miss the whole concept of Festival Titles. (NT) -- No name, 02/15/18 8:54pm

- Also some Forms state they can’t run for any other Festival title. Some also state they may run for school or city. Not sure what is on either of those two contracts for contraband and maybe you should be also check before calling a festival out. The point is it should have been taken out of the form if this was going to be allowed. You can try to justify this all you want but it is wrong.         Yeah cause they were just lining up to compete, and yes I do know her and the teen, and their current directors and their previous directors. Been in this industry a VERY long time, and as much as you want make this to be some unheard of event, it isn't. (NT) -- No name, 02/18/18 7:20pm
