Subject: Gunna try and catch the figureskating on youtube long after the fact. I know, I know, but at least we're not going to be getting up before dawn to do the 200 mile car trip for Guy for a few weeks. Maybe I can even stay awake to see Canada/USA hockey tomorrow night.

  • I know Plushenko's skate wasn't as clean as Lysecek. I saw him interviewed today, and he's hoping to compete in Russia, though he'll be 31. I think he'll have his game on by that time. He hasn't skated much for 3 1/2 yrs and it shows. I still think he's the best in the long run, but who knows with all those talented young skaters coming up on the scene.
