I can say in all honesty, that my dislike of the Mac character stemmed as much from the vehement, righteous, demanding postings (IMHO) of shippers as from the weak, un-Marine-like (IMHO) character the television writers made her into. In the end, she was not good enough for my hero, Harm. (IMHO)

I never posted a story until it was complete. Readers were always assured of never wasting their time on a story that wouldn’t be completed. (I screamed when a reader recently wrote on another board that they appreciated stories posted in chapters days apart because it wasn’t such a drain on her time—or something along those lines.)

I know the difference between to-too-two, as well as their-there-they’re. But by no stretch of the imagination am I perfect, no matter how hard I try to be.

I love chocolate and fast food. I have no patience for cooking. My refrigerator is empty.

Writing JAG fan fiction is one of several hobbies I’ve immersed myself in over my 48 (or is it 49) years. Time will tell if I write another story. My choosing to do so will be based solely on my personal desire and the satisfaction of doing so. I have research started on several story lines, but am uncertain whether or not to begin. It might just be time to return to making greeting cards, building dollhouses and miniature furniture, and starting that garden railroad I’ve been dreaming about.

Whatever I do, I'll continue looking for JAG stories from my favorite authors.

  • I will say up front, I did not know what story was being referred to below, and I don't know your story. (Inside.) -- Cece, 04:47:01 11/26/06 Sun

  • Sorry, I mispelt "approbation." It was a typo, and not done out of ignorance. (NT) -- Cece, 04:48:25 11/26/06 Sun
