Subject: Or she signed the papers, but he never did, so the divorce never happened. Yet because she moved, she was never advised that the divorce wasn't final. The other option could have been that she thought he was dead, but he wasn't. Not the best, but atleast better than I just never filed.
In reply to: chris k 's message, "or if they really needed her to still be married - Have something happen to the lawyer or judge who handled the divorce - She thinks they're divorced, they signed the papers - but the lawyer dropped dead before filing, or the court burned down -anything other than having an attorney to "forget' to file - that's as absurd as expecting the sun to rise in the west." on 18:59:16 03/04/08 Tue

  • That could work too. Mac forgetting to get a divorce is worse than Jordan forgetting that cough syrup had alcohol in it. I guess TPTB just liked for the female characters to do stupid things sometimes. (NT) -- JJ (Ronda)--I'm not saying Mac is stupid, rather that the writers were stupid in this case., 23:35:08 03/04/08 Tue

  • I agree -- pick any of the choices in this thread, and it would have made a lot more sense than what we saw! (NT) -- lska, 00:55:55 03/05/08 Wed

  • The Donny and his writers "trashed" every important female character at some point. Inside due to overlength -- janlaw, 08:21:13 03/05/08 Wed
