  • Having written in about 4 of the "genres" you mention, I have to say that I found the ficathon stories to be the absolute easiest to write - I can honestly say that each one "just wrote itself" after the prompt with the basic premise for the story was selected. Why? I assume because the story's premise was provided - I just had to extrapolate from it (or "we" if I was writing with my "other half" (highplainswoman)). (NT) -- Janlaw, 23:39:30 06/11/07 Mon
