I have found myself many times leaving something when it doesn't seem right. I've also "cut" many things that got too long.

Never tried free form though.

Most of the time my "problem" gets solved when I'm not anywhere that I can write it down.

I did try with the ending and it has made the fill in better but it's not there yet. Probably won't get to look at it again until the weekened.

I guess when I get stuck I try to think of other ways to tell a story with out it being dialogue. Sometimes it's hard for me.
