Part four -- there are some weird characters in some of the song lyrics, e.g. "che assurdità questa cittÃ," throughout that whole block of text.

Part one -- Again, I know we're not beta-ing, but there is an unclosed bracket: "{But why do you care? The little voice in his head persisted." And a missing period in the parentheses in the previous paragraph.
