I wouldn't buy a fanzine. For $25.00, I could buy some books that I want to read and keep. With a magazine, you get stories that don't appeal to you, along with the stories that do.

I'd rather read fanfic on the internet. My expectations of internet stories are not the same as my expectations for a published novel. I like both genres but for different reasons.

If I really want to keep a fanfic, I'd print it off.

So no, I would not be interested in Fanzines.

  • I agree with Cece and Blue Jay. I do read a lot of fanfic, but there are a number of stories that I begin but don't finish, not because they're poorly written, but because they're simply not my cup of tea. There's so much on line that I can sift through to find stories I like that I would be unlikely to spend $25 to buy stuff sight unseen. (NT) -- Deemus, 12:19:22 02/03/07 Sat
