Subject: Wow, thanks, that was quick! I remember that S6 episode, now that you mention it. I'm in the middle of a bit of re-reading, and it's kind of funny this conflict hasn't been used more in fic; Adm. Boone is always invited to the wedding! ;) (It's odd, I was never very fond of Tom Boone, but I loved the characters Terry O'Quinn played on Alias and then on Lost. He's an incredible actor with great range.)
In reply to: lobsterdoc 's message, "I don't remember the fanfic, but Mac tangled with Tom Boone several times on the show, starting with Crossing the Line, and prosecuted him for war crimes in season 6 I think. I got the impression he didn't like her very much. But I can't remember any specifics. Of course he didn't have much use for lawyers in general." on 01:06:30 02/21/07 Wed

  • I think the episodes where Tom Boone was charged for war crimes and Harm defended him was "Separate Peace 1& 2". Mac is prosecuting and makes some strong statement or point. Boone leans over to Harm and whispers something about not crossing Mac and says "Wow, she'd cut your throat and not think twice about it." Harm replies, "Oh, she'd think about it, sir. Then she'd do it." (The quotes aren't exact.) That scene always makes me laugh. You know Mac's kick-ass jarhead persona turned Harm on! (NT) -- lisa, 13:44:39 02/21/07 Wed
