I went to my desk this morning and turned on my computer ... however it didn't turn on. So I have spent the day hoping against hope ... and low behold they were able to fix it in 1 day!! -- CindyG, Monday, August 18, 09:27:46pm [21]

  - As true as that is, Bernadette, I honestly have to sat that my client work was the real fear. I had not backed up recently and I was having horrors at having to tell that client that I had lost their current months financial data and would need to manually re-build. - Cindy, That is a very good positive signal for the next few days and for everything you want done.       - Sally,--I have an external personal media drive which fits into a drive bay (like docking a spacecraft) right into my computer. All you do is set it to back-up and it does.         Thanks for the info, Bernadette. I don't have a problem saving it on the external drive, it's the retrieval from it if I need to. The young man who set this up for me, told me to call him if I needed to. RIIIIIIGHT.   - Makes you wonder, doesn't it? I think I recall seeing him with those half-style reading glasses perched on his nose. But I have no idea about the contact lenses.     - Many times when children/young people wear glasses, when they age a little bit, their eyes can correct to the point where they don't need glasses full time. Also people with green eyes (my eyes are a jade green), their eye color can change to shades of grey/blue/green depending on the color clothes worn. I know from experience. In both photos, if you look very carefully at her hair, there is a parted section where what appears to be part of a pointed ear protrudes through her hair. An off-the-wall irreverant program that celebrity guests often enjoy doing, because it's so different from what they normally do. David's segment on this episode is no exception. AND, again, check local listings!

CONNECTIONS ----
Terrific mention by Tina on the Board earlier this week about the Golden Goggle Awards of November 2007, where David was the presenter to the male athlete/swimmer of the year, won by none other than Michael Phelps. If you've been anywhere near a TV this past week, you seen him win a record-setting 8 gold medals, 7 with new world records, now putting his Olympic total at 14, also a record. As Tina mentioned, screencaps available of David at the awards event on Site Updates (above)/Red Carpet/Award Shows. Very interesting that the race he did NOT have a world record in, was his shortest race, and he had swim hard to come from behind (he sometimes is a slow starter, believe it or not!) At the end, when the other fellow was gliding in to touch the wall and win (so he thought), Phelps made a split-second decision to take one more stroke, even though that would cause him to hit the wall hard. That decision, that risk, that all-out effort, gave him the victory, which literally measured only a few 10,000th of seconds. Says a lot about not taking things for granted AND never giving up, doesn't it! Thanks again, Tina!!

Classic Harm!! Does it get any better? I have uploaded new screencaps for the episode " Recovery". I really enjoyed this episode. Especially relevant because at the end Harm contemplates being an astronaut, and now as a different character entirely (Impact) David does play an astronaut and actually goes into space.

So, what is your opinion of this episode? Was it a favorite? Which scene did you like best? I loved when they were in the elevator, Harm remembering watching the launch with his Mom, and he asks Meg what she remembers and she says "Nothing, I was a baby" Harm's laugh was great!

- Classic (classy) Harm is right. I wouldn't call this a favorite, but I did like it. It showed Harm's many skills - investigating, flying, lawyering etc. I agree, the elevator scene was great. Interesting that he mentioned being an astronaut in JAG's first season and now in reel life he'll have an opportunity to do just that. - I like this better than the one they showed us before. Harm and Sturgis were in summer whites and the others were all in dress uniforms. It looks like Sturgis is still in his summer whites, but at least Harm is in a dress uniform. Even though it's for a different season of the year, it looks better. - YES!!!!! This is much much better.It sets 'Harm' apart, IMHO. I know alot of people liked the other one, but to me, (now, dont throw tomatoes) it looked as though one of the stars in the JAG logo was right in the center of his stomach.(which was just....wrong) DJE looks great in just about anything, but the other cover, not defining him at all, just wasnt as flattering as the new one. I received this e-mail from a friend this morning and it brought me to tears. We all know how had DJE worked to get into the Ironman several years ago, but you just have to view this video, it it so inspiring. You'll probably have to copy and paste the URL to view it.

A son asked his father, 'Dad, will you take part in a marathon with me?'. The father who, despite having a heart
condition, says 'Yes'.

They went on to complete the marathon together. Father and son went on to join other marathons, the father always saying 'Yes' to his son's request of going through
the race together. One day, the son asked his father,
'Dad, let's join the Ironman together.' To which, his father said 'Yes' too.

For those who don't know, Ironman is the toughest triathlon ever.

The race encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4 mile (3.86 kilometer) ocean swim, followed by a 112 mile (180.2 kilometer) bike ride, and ending with a 26.2 mile (42.195 kilometer) marathon along the
coast of the Big Island. Father and son w ent on to complete the race together.

Since Friday is just two days away, I'd like to ask if it's possible to post the pictures of the day for me (my birthday will be next Sunday). Last Christmas my husband gave me the first JAG season. I guess I want to get used to receive DJE's presents! Since I have already the six season's available, the only chance to get more DJE for my birthday, is watching the amazing pictures you always post. Thanks.

Je viens de terminer la visite de votre site, j'ai malheureusement quelques difficult�s pour le comprendre en d�tail (I speak english, just little!).
Je suis une fan francaise de David, que j'ai d�couvert depuis quelques ann�es grace � la s�rie JAG!
Je trouve que c'est un exc�llent acteur, il est tres charmant, beau...et juste dans son jeu d'acteur!
Quel dommage que cette s�rie ne soit plus tourn�e, mais je comprend qu'apres 10 ans de tournage les id�es de sc�mario s'�puisent etc...

je pense que David est une personne plutot sympa, il reste simple, ne "se prend pas la t�te". Il a aussi une belle famille! C'est agr�able de voir un couple "connu" qui passe les ann�es sans divorcer deux ou trois fois...

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Emmy-winning actor Christopher Lloyd, whose many film and television credits include "Back to the Future" and "Taxi," has been cast in Sci Fi Channel's miniseries "Mirabilis."

The story centers on four knights who must save their great land of Mirabilis.

Cast opposite David James Elliott, Lloyd will play one of the knights, Tesselink, a venerated senior elf who is an accomplished master of bloodsteel sorcery.
