Dear Sir,
We are a UNITED FARMERS EXPORT COMPANY based in Madang Province of Papua New Guinea.
The Company was founded by MR. MAKUSIA DOWAL and MR. WILLIAM YEP.
MR. MAKUSIA DOWAL is a former employee of the Department of Agriculture and Vanilla Company SPICE TECH LTD, whilst MR. WILLIAM YEP is a former SHIPPING AGENT and CUSTOMS OFFICER.
Currently, the company has signed TEN (10) Year Agreements with more than FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15 000) VANILLA & COCOA FARMERS of the Madang Province. More are yet to join.
Under the Expertise of MR. MAKUSIA DOWAL Training Programs (VANILLA QUALITY CURING) are currently being carried out extensively throughout the Six Districts of the Madang Province. This Training is based on the French Method of Curing Vanilla Beans.
We are gearing up to conduct our first Export of Vanilla Pods and therefore seek a long term business arrangement with you for our Vanilla.

Under this same TEN YEAR AGREEMENT with these Fifteen Thousand Farmers & Resource Owners of the Madang Province, we are also their sole Exporter for Cocoa, Coffee, Chilly, Copra, Timber etc. Any interest in these Commodities too?
Basing on our huge Client Base with more than 15 000 it is obvious that our export to you shall be consistent with quality & quantity. More Farmers are yet to joined, our estimate for full membership of Farmers is forecasted at THIRTY THOUSAND FARMERS (30 000) by the end of September 2004.
