Predstavitel ministerstva dopravy vysvetľuje, ako EU musela prinútiť našu vládu, aby dala peniaze aj mimo Bratislavy a Žiliny http://www.ta3.com/sk/reportaze/137970_host-v-studiu-p-havrila-operacny-program-doprava . Takže vďaka EK musí ísť minimálne 23% EU financií na východ. Inak by tu fakt zostala len čierna diera...
